The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. The garden is beautiful, the house charming and the neighborhood is ultra peaceful. Pascale is very attentive and gave us good recommendations. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

I would give Elise’s place 6 stars if I could! Everything was perfect, and she thought of every little detail. She was very responsive to our many questions about traveling to and from Disneyland and the apartment. My kids loved the Lion King-themed bedroom, and I loved the Nespresso coffee maker. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer. Could not recommend highly enough!

One of the most beautiful apartments I ever visited. ☺️✨ The view is really nice. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The location is lovely and quiet and only 3 minutes walking to the train. You need around 30 minutes with train to get to all the lovely places like Le Marais or Montmartre. Me and my family had a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to go back to Paris and this lovely apartment! ☺️✨🔥

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is in a great commuting distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard time is 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this accommodation!!!

We travel with family to Paris and spend a week. We were in 3 different properties, e. The only village that we could rest like at home was Patrick's property. The location and the property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000 host. I'd like all hosts and real estate to be as true and quality as this Patrick listing! This is a very beautiful and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window in advance to ventilate (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and a hair dryer. My husband and I had a very nice stay here❤️

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
