The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

The place is perfect if you're visiting as a tourist. We were out all day exploring Paris and basically only came back to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but if you're staying just a few days, they are functional. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was just as shown in the pictures and description. As for the location, the area is quiet and nice, though it is far from the city center. However, if you use public transportation to get around, you won't have any issues.

The flat was immaculate and the hosts were helpful with any question I had asked them. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Thank you

Restaurants, the train station that connects Paris in just half an hour, the cleanliness of the place which is quite exceptional, but also the comfort, the stay was very pleasant, and the hosts attentive, great

Samantha is always available to answer any questions. The accommodation is very pretty, equipped and very clean. In addition: the small garden. What a joy to be able to read outdoors.

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Elise’s place! The location is perfect!!! It was just a short drive/walk from Disneyland Paris, which made getting to and from the parks with kids super easy. The home was AMAZING 😍 clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elise was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and she even added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I very highly recommend this spot for families or anyone visiting Disney 🥰 thank you again, Elise!

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is in a great commuting distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard time is 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this accommodation!!!

One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is decorated with great taste, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the crib might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is really a great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base for our next visits to Paris!

We travel with family to Paris and spend a week. We were in 3 different properties, e. The only village that we could rest like at home was Patrick's property. The location and the property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000 host. I'd like all hosts and real estate to be as true and quality as this Patrick listing! The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Excellent place to stay!Located in a very quiet and cozy neighborhood.The introduction to the stay was very detailed, and the room was very clean

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
