You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

**Cooking is prohibited due to odor and safety issues.** Our accommodation is located on the 5th floor of Sunrise Hotel in the center of the city, and you can see Cheongcho Lake and Sokcho City from the balcony. The interior of the accommodation is very clean and modern, and hotel-style bedding and fixtures are used. Since the owner personally washes and manages the place, all the bedding, towels, and other supplies are managed with the same care as if they were for the owner's own family.
