Beachfront holiday rental in Chepes Beach

We had a family room on the third floor with a great view of the ocean, and the dock where the pool was. There was a table and chairs to sit outside the room and relax if we wanted to. The room itself had plenty of room, but the surroundings and the people made it a wonderful stay. The front desk helped us with any excursions we needed and with renting a golf cart which I would recommend. Someone came in and cleaned up each day. The breakfast every morning was delicious. It was a really nice place to be.

What a beautiful place to stay! The cove is gorgeous, accessible and can be viewed from the porch. Snorkeling on the reef right there. You can hear the waves perfectly when they’re rolling. Apartment is full of natural light, other than in the dark, cool, peaceful bedroom. House is finished to North American standards, with great hot water and pressure, granite countertops, good lighting, etc. We lived just as at home for a month. Neighborhood is very quiet, and perfect bicycle-distance from town. Best aspect was Erin, who was a great host and all-around special person. She was very helpful in many ways, and really provided a great first experience on Utila.

I recently stayed at Rubis Inn in Utila for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Alex made check-in seamless and stress-free, which got my stay off to the perfect start. Mr. and Mrs. Rubi are such gracious hosts, always available and ready to help if I needed anything on the property. The dock on site offers a beautiful view that’s perfect for relaxing and soaking in the island’s charm. If you’re looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to stay in Utila, Rubis Inn is an excellent choice!

Meine Bewertung!?! leider muss ich mich kurz fassen, ich habe nur 1000 Zeichen, ich hätte aber viel mehr zu schreiben. Diese Bewertung ist die schwierigste die ich je machen musste. Im regelfall schreibt man, es war alles gut, es war alles schön, es war alles top. Aber bei Joe und Janelle ist es anders. Du bist bei Joe und Janelle kein Gast, du bist auch kein Freund, du bist Familie. Lasst es mich kurz erklären: Es geht schon mit den Casitas los: Ich habe noch nie eine so liebevolle und mit herzblut ausgestattete Airbnb-Unterkunft gehabt. Es ist alles bis ins kleinste Detail so liebevoll eingerichtet und es wird an alles gedacht. Wir hatten eine Alexa, wir hatten schnurloses Ladegerät, wir hatten einen internetfähigen Fernseher, wir hatten alle nötigen Kochutensilien die man benötigt hätte, was aber gar nicht nötig war, weil Janelle uns über die ganze Zeit mit ihren Leckereien verköstigt hat. Wir sind sehr froh, und glücklich, die beiden kennengelernt zu haben. Wir drücken euch❤️

Tamara’s place was perfect! Clean, great location and well appointed. Tamara was a great host and was super communicative, although we had zero issues come up that needed addressing. We can not wait to visit Paradise Regained again soon!

What a wonderful experience! Not only is it the most friendly island we’ve been to Jo and Tony were just the best. This house has everything you need, the view is amazing, even the beautiful reef right out back was such a bonus. Thank you so much Jo and Tony, we will return. Next trip I’m getting dive certified

11+ out of 10. Joe and Janelle are an amazing team. The property is spectacular with a view of the cays and Janelle is constantly working to make sure the property is spotless. The casitas were designed by Joe and decorated by Janelle and are lovely - from the screened in porch, drinkable water supply, quality bedding and towels, and little niceties such as a wireless phone charger and nightlights. The morning breakfasts were a highlight, cooked by Janelle and delivered to the casita by Joe at a time of your choosing. All the bread is homemade and there was zero repetition during our 7 days. The three dinners were equally delicious as Janelle is a topnotch chef. We looked forward to Joe's stories (jokes) which were delivered with impeccable timing. The wifi is consistent and even available on the top deck of the dock. Lounging there with the spectacular view and a good book was a wonderful way to while away a few hours every day. One of the treats was watching the rays from the dock

A lovely retreat located just out of the town, but walkable. Beautiful seafront location and responsive host. Trees need trimming to reveal the sea view, and if you fill the place, you might need more crockery etc. From our experience of Tamara, this would be quickly sorted though.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Naranja. Tony and Jo welcomed my family so warmly, which set the tone for a great trip. The location is perfect amazing ocean views, a refreshing breeze, and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances, full AC, and both solar and regular power. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, the beds cozy, and the main bedroom was huge. Tony and Jo even offered to shop for groceries before our arrival we didn’t end up using the service, but it was great to have the option. They also provided a super helpful booklet with tips on restaurants, activities, and dive shops. Another great detail: the fridge is connected to a drinking water system, so there was always cold water and ice. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here or anywhere hosted by Tony and Jo!

If I could give higher stars I would! This place is very beautiful! Truly a little slice of heaven! I loved the experience of taking a boat ride to get to Sea-Esta from the main town of Utila. It gives you the opportunity to really get away from the busyness of life and enjoy all that natural beauty that surrounds you! We napped in the hammock, we snorkeled, we kayaked, we walked the beach to a restaurant for lunch. Take note- with Janelle’s amazing breakfasts and dinners that were served, we never went hungry, however, you may want to pick up groceries prior to getting picked up by Joe to tie you over in between meal times. There is a little shop under the main house to do a load of laundry, purchase a snack, a forgotten toothbrush etc. or buy a souvenir. We definitely were sad to depart so soon after our time with Janelle and Joseph, they are truly an amazing couple who go above and beyond to make your stay at Sea-Esta Casitas a very top notch experience! Don’t hesitate to reserve!

From start to finish everything about Blue Oasis Villa was everything we were looking for and more! This house is even more stunning in person! From the newly refinished pine flooring, to the chef's kitchen with the biggest center island I've ever seen, the open concept living room/kitchen space, ocean views from every room, multiple sprawling balconies to relax and listen to the ocean waves and enjoy the breeze. The master bedroom is huge with a super comfy bed and linens. The master shower was my fav with the big window to view the ocean from. Pleanty of privacy too! The pool was clean and refreshing they even had floats available for us to use. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook with including pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, tupperware, spices etc. If you are looking for privacy and to truly relax this is the house for you! Leah was an amazing host! She was always available and responded quickly if we had any questions!!! 10/10

AMAZING view!! The sound of the waves at night was lovely and the ocean view from all 3 bedrooms was dreamy. The beds and furniture were super comfy. The gazebo out by the ocean went perfectly with my coffee and book.

Overall we had a great, peaceful stay. The reef is amazing as soon as you walk in the water. A quick walk to Neptune's for good food and a small grocery store that has enough for you to survive. The property is very secluded which is exactly why we chose it. There's a water taxi with a regular schedule from Neptune's dock if you need to get back to town. The only downside is internet is spotty for even basic tasks so don't expect to be able to come out and work productively online.

Excelente lugar, en muy buena zona.

This place is an absolute gem. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing and sitting on that porch overlooking the sea will do your heart good. This bungalow is a little off the beaten path, so you probably need a golf cart or ATV to really make it work, but the quality of the accommodation and the view are much better than anything you’ll find in town. When we arrived, the place was spotless. For some free, less touristy activities, make sure to hike up Pumpkin Hill while you’re there, and go to the freshwater caves by the power plant!

This was our second trip to Utila. I couldn't imagine a better house or location on the island. It had three separate living spaces which allowed us to spread out. The house is right next to Scott's driftwood beach, a great place to see driftwood art and to enter the water. The house is on a small bay which provided fantastic snorkeling. I saw more fish, conch's, moray, and wildlife in that bay than I did diving the island. The hosts were quick to respond to problems and did an excellent job. I highly recommend any property they manage but really recommend this specific house. This is a house we would buy. You can also walk the point across from the house and see very cool fossilized corals and the ocean pounding on the rocks. This is a great island, great house, location, and host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A wonderful setting for a memorable vacation, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Caribbean! A great spot to be as active or as relaxed as you like. Trish is a wonderful host and is very accommodating along with her amazing crew.

This place is really amazing. I can’t imagine a better value for what you get in the whole bay islands. It’s extremely private, peaceful, everything works well, amazing view and place to swim outside your door. The host always communicated very quickly. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing is the water pressure in the kitchen sink is a tiny little drip, and it makes doing dishes extremely difficult. Other than that small detail, this place is excellent and now that I’m in Roatan, I’m wishing that we had just stayed longer in this place.
