Excellent nature stay in Laura's cottage for a family party. The cottage is very well equipped, very clean and even better than in the photos. The spaces are ideally distributed so that everyone can enjoy their privacy. The exterior is great and the surroundings full of nice places to visit (Noirlac Abbey, Orsans Priory, Berry Canal), ideal for a long weekend. In addition, the hosts are super responsive and caring. I recommend +++

We had a great time, in a quiet and peaceful location, which allowed us all to disconnect and decompress. Our daughter loved being able to feed the animals. The welcome we received was very warm. We really had a great time.

We are delighted with our 2nd stay at Annie's. The accommodation is perfect for hosting our children and grandchildren. The cottages are connected and allow you to manage naps at the sound level. The pool and spa are perfect with shaded areas. The large playground with outdoor games allows all children to let off steam! There is a seating area on the east side of the cottage with a large lime tree to stay in the shade. We're ready to come back. Thank you very much Annie and Bertrand

She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

It is a wonderful stay, very nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of attention to detail. Very nice also with the donkeys. Hostess was very thoughtful! In the area we didn't find much to do, but for this property I would definitely come back.

We were able to stay in the house 3 days, a dozen people. The house is very well arranged and well-equipped. The huge garden, covered pool and veranda are very nice assets. If you hesitate, it's well worth a moment for families or groups of friends. Communication with Matias has always been clear and prompt. Nothing to report, our stay went very well.

Beautiful house, well laid out and very well equipped Bernard is very available and present which makes the stay even easier. The SPA and the donkeys and animals are an undeniable plus, especially with children. The large main room allows for good social moments and the outdoors, if the weather is nice, are also very conducive to perfect shared moments Thank you, we especially recommend it if you are also a fan of Sancerre!!

We loved our stay at Alice's place! Sancerre was lovely, and we were in a perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do in town. The house itself was clean and stylish, with especially comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and we loved eating breakfast on the patio. We also toured the winery Alice is affiliated with, and we absolutely loved it! There is so much history in both the house and the winery!

Beautiful large warm house for the 10 people of the family in Sologne. The site is quiet surrounded by trees and a pond with birdsong and frogs. Great with our dogs. The beautifully decorated house is comfortable and very pleasant and warm. We will most likely go back because we were all delighted with the weekend in the house.
