Lovely, large and a very cosy apartment. The complex itself is ideal for living with children, as there are playgrounds and a shop on the territory. The hosts are very welcoming and available for all questions. I definitely recommend

A large spacious apartment with a high ceiling, beautiful but old parquet that creaks and doors. Pretty cool stairs in the entrance. Comfortable bed and sofa, clean fresh linen and lots of pillows, equipped kitchen, there is a water cooler and everything for cooking. A large number of towels👍🏻 Not far from the pedestrian street O. Kobylyanska with shops and restaurants, close to the railway station. Clear instructions for individual check-in.

A very comfortable place to stay, the view from the dining area was a real treat for the eyes. Vitalli was very responsive to any questions. I stayed for 6 weeks and I enjoyed the apartment very much. Good WiFi speeds and numerous TV channels. Supermarkets are nearby, plus there's adequate parking right outside the building. A good choice for staying in Chernivtsi.

Great place. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. Amazing. A cleaner would come every few days to clean the space, and that was also amazing. The apartment is new and located in an excellent area, near two major shopping centres and a large mall. Not super close to the city centre, but you are a few minutes by car away.

Excellent host, and thank you for the smooth check-in. I booked this for my mom at the last minute because her arrival time has changed. I was worried that my mom would struggle to find the place, and I was in a different time zone, but the host greeted her, taking all my worries away. The place was lovely! Thank you!

We have stayed here several times and always look for first when staying in Chernivtsi. The apartment is huge with large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed balconies and hallway. The apartment has both a washer and a dryer! We have stayed in three apartments within this building and each have been excellent. This apartment is extraordinary because of the size, being on the top floor and corner building apartment (lots of windows), views of a well-used football (soccer) field and local mall. We love having the two air conditioners. Wi-Fi is quick and many TV channels. We are amazed the apartment is rented for short term, but would be an excellent extended apartment stay. Thanks to the owner for making it available.

We have stayed at multiple apartments Oleksander offers and they are all excellent. As we were arriving, Oleksander told us the city water was out, would be back on at 7am the next morning, and he had provided several containers of water--water came on at 7am as advertised.

Thank you Lilia for eating a wonderful place. Instructions are clear, check-in and check-out are on our own at a time convenient for us. When we checked in, the apartment was already waiting for us, everything is clean and tidy, there are all the necessary things in the apartment. Quiet and convenient location. Lilia is always available quickly. Special thanks for leaving the water, candy and a book about the city of Chernivtsi. Comfy at home, would recommend. Glad you came to this place 👍🏼

Its a very bright, comfy and homy place. Alsways filled me with joy to see the skyline and views over the city. it was quite and easy to get to the downtown. Has a nice vibe. I really enjoyed my stay here

I liked everything, especially the location of the apartment.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy's place. He warmly greeted us upon our arrival and our stay was delightful. The forest entrance directly in front of the apartment was of great convenience for us and our dog (who loved it). We highly recommend Dmitriy's apartment when you visit Chernivtsi.

The place is great, located in the city center. Host Veronika is a very responsive and kind girl.

Incredible apartment in the very tourist center, in the middle of a pedestrian street. Nearby are the best Cavways, restaurants, bookstores, etc. Grocery stores are also nearby. In the next building there is a beautiful museum, I recommend a visit. The place is quite in line with the luxurious location - a spacious three-bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms, the beds are just royal! Beautifully furnished, has everything you need, everything works, the atmosphere of the apartment is the most wonderful thing I have met. Many thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to feel welcome in an unfamiliar city! We want to come again)

In Mr. Pavlos' house, my parents were hosted...They are very excited by both the house and the location..It was a clean apartment, in the center of the city in a very quiet neighborhood,at a reasonable price ...Mr. Pavlos, is a great host, very friendly and willing...Thank you so much for hosting..!!

Unfortunately, I was unable to make my trip. However my dreams of my stay were amazing. In the future they will be manifest, and i will vist a whole Ukrainian, free from their aggression. Sending my love, Wendy
