It has so many spaces across 3 stories, with many large common rooms and decks, and is perfect for groups. The master suite (with the king size bed) also has a large bathroom with a large tub in addition to separate shower. The house includes a 2 story fixed dock area 600 sf each, a 600sf floating platform and boat tie-up that can accommodate up to 3 boats & 2 jet skis. Perfect Retreat!

Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
