What a five star cottage, spotless, everything you could need. A wonderful location, easy links to Lincoln. Good food in the village used both Greek2me and Chinese takeaways as well as eating in The Plough. All within walking distance of the cottage. If you do nothing else when here visit Lincoln Cathedral what a beautiful building. When we come to Lincolnshire again and we will, still lots to see this cottage is the perfect base.

What a fantastic little space. I’d tended to stay in Lincoln city centre when on business there in the past, but never again! So peaceful, well equipped, clean and with some nice little touches too in terms of coffee pods and breakfast etc. Nice to get some recommendations for runs in the area (so much nicer than a run round Lincoln city centre - the “steep hill”, wow, never again!). I honestly can’t fault it, and hope to be back.

We had a wonderful short stay in Sue’s house. The photos don’t do this unique home justice. We would love to come back and enjoy some more down time here, especially in the beautifully peaceful garden. Thank for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable, as described. Beautiful quality furniture and pretty garden. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent pub food just around the corner, and easy to get to Lincoln and surroundings. Tracy made it clear that we could contact her at any time. The only thing we felt it good to be aware of particularly if you have members in your party with accessibility issues as we do is that there is no parking attached, so pot luck in finding spaces nearby. We enjoyed our stay and the location was well placed for our needs.
