Our studio includes a reserved parking space, saltwater pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family.

There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, walk over the sand dune to a quiet, peaceful beach for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm. Your family beach house

1. Your family beach house is only one block away from the beach of Chesapeake Bay! A well known Mexican restaurant is right cross the street. 2. Self check in time is 4 pm. The access code for the smart lock will be send through app message once you make the reservation. You can press the ‘Yale’ button, the numbers will light up; and press the code with green “check” mark. It’ll be valid during the time of stay.

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.
