Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Non fumeur. Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour 1 personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

Chalet ‘Tiny House’ sur 3 étages entièrement rénovée pour une famille de 4 pers. -Chambre parentale au rez-inférieur, salle de bain et toilette -Pièce à vivre (poêle à pellet) et cuisine ouverte au rez-supérieur. -Lit double confortable ‘dortoir’ dans les combles pour les enfants. With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Come and enjoy a charming 55 m² apartment, completely renovated in an old family farm from 1830. The place has retained its authenticity, with a beautiful paved courtyard and a peaceful atmosphere. Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. The lake studio is located on the Belle-Ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony.
