Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cheshire

Jerry is an amazing host and has a great place to stay. You will find everything you need for a short or long stay with the full kitchen. The AirBnb is in a quiet part of Waterbury, right on the edge, and has a grocery store less than 10 minutes away by car on a low traffic side road. Highway 84 is less than 10 minutes in the other direction and lets you go explore the rest of Connecticut and return back after a long day with ease. This is our second time staying at this AirBnb and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to stay in the area!

The apartment is amazingly quiet and peaceful even though it is highly walkable to Wooster Square, Yale, several great coffee shops, etc. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen/living room spacious. It was also very useful to have a washer/dryer. I will definitely be back!

Our stay was very comfortable! We all appreciate the cleanliness of the home. The furniture, fixtures, and linens were well kept and we loved all of the natural light. Shelley provided thorough and proactive instruction and checked in midway through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Monica's place multiple times when visiting my son at Wesleyan. We loved it! We appreciated the convenience of the location and ease of parking. We wish we had found it sooner because we had been staying at hotels 15-30 minuets away. The apartment is as shown and has always been clean. Its comfortable, has everything needed and is no fuss. We enjoyed inviting people over between activities on campus. Monica is very responsive and helpful and kind. She has a beautiful garden and a sweet sitting area outside for when the weather is nice!

Mark’s place was clean and neat. I love that there was a little light and a charging station by the bed. I also loved that there was a full length mirror, which came in handy for getting dressed for my event. Thanks for the use of your space.

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is spacious, includes all the amenities you need, bed is very comfortable, and the entire place was clean. The surrounding area is beautiful and private. Waking up in the morning and in the afternoon I could hear the peaceful sound of birds chirping outside. The space is located on a very quiet road in a nice neighborhood. The host, Charles, is fantastic! He met me when I arrived. He replied in a timely manner to any questions I had. A nice touch he had snacks and cold waters waiting in the apartment for me when I checked in. I even extended my stay an extra day because of how lovely the overall experience was. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend you do too!!! Thank you, Charles!

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

Where to start! I could write an epistle about my stay but I'll keep it short and sweet. What an absolutely beautiful and stunning home! from the moment I arrived I felt right at home. Stephanie and her husband put a lot of thought into every detail of their home and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I wish I had an extra week! I appreciated how central the location is but still allows you to feel as though you are in a private oasis. I can't wait to be back in New Haven to rent from Stephanie again! you are a super host for a reason :) Thanks for making your home my home. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Already planning my next trip!

Family of 3 stayed 4 days but had 3 dinner guests while in New Haven area for Yale graduation. I'm glad we had our own car to transport us to Yale campus. Easy access to the freeway. House is beautifully decorated and color scheme. Nice dinner room table for 6 people to sit comfortably. Great kitchen although we did no actual cooking as we bring in take out meals. Great back porch and deck to sit at for visiting. Front street is a bit busy but deck in back is quiet from traffic noise. Able to use washer/dryer which has nice as we had been on the road for several days. All bedrooms are upstairs and stair steps are somewhat steep to bedrooms and basement. So for older folks the steps may feel a bit daunting. Nice shower. I haven't stayed in many Air B&B's so I don't know what is actually provide for the little extras but, I would recommended luggage stand in each bedroom, extra cloth dish towel in kitchen, kleenex and paper towel, hair dryer. Recommend over all.

This is a charming little New England home in a quiet neighborhood. It is within an hour's drive of Bradley International Airport, Hartford, and New Haven. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with forests, babbling brooks, and rolling hills. The house is well-appointed and has quality wood furniture throughout the home. We don't have children but there are several games to keep children (or the children-at-heart) entertained for hours. The beds are comfortable and clean. The remodeled bathroom is clean and has fresh, clean towels. This was a last-minute booking due to a dear family member passing and it was a relief to have all the comforts of home. There was even a garment steamer to tackle the wrinkles in my suit from traveling and an iron with ironing board if needed. All of this while being cheaper than a hotel!

Mark was really easy to work with and the unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay all around.

The details are what made all the difference, from disposable eye masks and ear plugs to the milk for coffee in the refrigerator and tower of snacks. Unlike any other place we have stayed, we felt that the hosts sincerely cared about our comfort and well-being! The home was beautiful, spotless, cheery, and bright. I loved finding little surprising touches in the garden out back and throughout the home. The welcome book has great recommendations. This will be our go to place any time we return to the area! We had an amazing stay at Peter’s home by Saint Clement’s Castle for our wedding weekend! From start to finish, Peter was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with the details of our stay, which helped make a busy and emotional weekend so much smoother. The home itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, and the clean, updated aesthetic made it the perfect place to relax between events and get ready for our big day. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat during a very special time in our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Peter’s place to anyone visiting the area—especially for events at Saint Clement’s. Thank you again, Peter!

Cannot say enough good things about this charming home! The house had beautiful bay windows with a spectacular view, large bedrooms with plenty of room, and was very clean. Directly across the street was a waterfront park with trails along the coastline that were a blast to explore. And it was close to everything. Highly recommend!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

The space was very nice, spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to the highway and all other locations I planned on visiting during my stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The host Oomi was very reachable and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

Obinna is a great host and this apartment is so comfortable and lots of space to stretch out. Fully stocked kitchen and there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Two 65", high end tvs and the mattresses on the beds are sooo nice. Obinna puts effort in where a lot of hosts cheap out, which really makes this pad special. It's tough to get an open spot here on the calendar, but, if get the chance, make your reservation here. It's the best in the area.

Muna was incredible start to finish with my stay. Helpful, communicative and accommodating. Place was perfectly as described. Genuinely recommend a stay at her place!
