Anamika’s place was amazing! If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, with all the comforts of home, you will love this place. Her home cooked food was spectacular! My in laws that can find fault in everything said it was the best food they’ve had. The place was extremely clean, with comfortable beds and linens. She leaves a ton of delicious snacks and is a super responsive host. It was my first time in India, (husband is from India, I’m American)and out of all the places we stayed, this was hands done the cleanest with the best food. She even packed a few snacks for our little boy, on our departure. Anamika could teach a class in being the best hostess. We will definitely be back on our next trip to India.

Fantastic Location with a Good Stay! Our stay at Villa Mercara in Coorg was a delightful experience, largely thanks to its absolutely superb location. Being so well-situated made exploring Coorg incredibly convenient and added so much to our trip. Mrs. Shubha was responsive, very friendly, also suggested the places to visit. The villa itself offered a good and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Overall, we highly recommend Villa Mercara, especially for its unbeatable location.

Honestly one of the most peaceful stays we’ve had. You don’t realise how much you need to be in a place like this until you actually land there. Right from check-in, everything just felt easy and warm. Mala and Rajendra, the caretakers, were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The food was amazing, the service spotless, and the vibe of the place was just something else. This was my birthday trip, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. We even cancelled our Taj Madikeri plan just to stay here longer. The anthurium nursery visit Mala took us to was such a beautiful surprise — easily one of the highlights. We’re definitely going to recommend this place to friends. It's rare to find somewhere that gets everything right without trying too hard.

Deena is a wonderful host. The airBnB itself however needs a lil work as it’s brand new like a good motor for upstairs rooms and perhaps a bug screen. Apart from that the property is absolutely beautiful! Deena and family took really good care of 12 of us. She offered jeep ride from her estate which was a 10/10 experience! Overall we had a really good time!
