The 50 m² accommodation, completely renovated in 2018, includes a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a large bedroom upstairs with air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet. Access to the property is secured by an automatic gate.

It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a family-run winery, at the entrance to the village of Davayé, overlooking the Solutré and Vergisson Rocks, the Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards. Easy access (A6, TGV station). It includes: equipped kitchen, living room, TV area, two bedrooms with double beds (queen size), bathroom with shower, toilet. Welcome bottle of wine offered.
