On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Small fully independent accommodation, attached to the main house with small adjoining terrace. South-facing terrace, not overlooked, covered with a trellis in summer, independence and privacy preserved. Possibility to store two bikes safely. Ample free parking adjoining the house.
