On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. The rental is located in the heart of Sologne in a 40 m² house, refurbished and fully equipped. Located on a wooded and enclosed plot of 1500 m2, this will ensure you peace and quiet. Located in the middle of the Loire Valley castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau...), next to the Loire by bike, and 3/4 hour from Beauval Zoo as well as Center Parcs. The rental also includes a secure 18 m2 shed that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a 15 m2 covered terrace.
