Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. (murs épais, cave en terre battue rafraichissant le sol). Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, écran plat. L'aménagement est adapté en fonction du nombre de voyageurs, de leurs âges et de la configuration souhaitée: canapé lit, lit double, lit simple, lit bébé, matelas sous les combles (très apprécié des enfants ou adolescents ).

Also possible to spend a day fishing (or relaxing) by privatizing the little helmsman (boat) floating on the dam 5 minutes away.
