We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Sardinia. There were four of us and we didn't miss anything. The house was very clean, cozy and the location close to the beach was just perfect. Enrico was very friendly and always helpful. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the place!

Wake up to a water view in a comfy, family home. This house has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, couches were comfy, proximity to the water was excellent and the hosts were kind and responsive.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

We had such an amazing time staying at Riccardo’s villa, it’s in a stunning area and the place is beautiful and has everything you need. We were given lots of local recommendations and Riccardo was so helpful during the arrangement of our stay. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We stayed at Luciana's place for a week with our 2 little children (2 and 5 years). A really great accommodation in the wonderful city of Chia. The apartment is very large and super clean. The kitchen was super equipped (even a mixer and blender were provided). The bathrooms are new and modern. There's a baby bed, high chair and extra beach towels. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Chia. If you have bikes with you, you can do everything by bike. Our recommendation is with children the small bay of Spiaggia di Su Portu (not so windy, no high waves and very shallow sloping). The city itself is very small, great if you are looking for some peace and quiet. We would stay with Luciana again anytime.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Short stay with the Family. 2 Minutes by foot to the beach and there is also a playground for the kids. Great apartment with a nice terrass.

Beautiful apartment with great views of the mountains in a very quiet fantastic location (only 5 minutes to beautiful beach) . Very uncomplicated contact. We were also allowed to check out later and were able to use the bikes. Anytime again!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. The place was well worth the money. In a quiet area with amazing views to the sea. Five minutes walk to the nearest beach. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Antonella was very responsive and friendly. We will be happy to return.
