Awesome experience.The quaint tea house is like being in Thailand in the 70s, and you can smell the rice aroma in the rice field by opening the window.There are beautiful rice fields scenery during the day, and you can listen to the insects in the rice fields at night. It's so nice!The host is a warm-hearted person who used to be the king's personal siblings, and a picture of a king full of houses, so touching!Now I'm using my spare time to pursue a doctor of sociology, it's really really awesome!The host's name is kob (Thai: Frog), known as Dr. Frog, and is a really interesting person.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Amazing peaceful please, just outside of the busy chiang mai. Exactly what I needed after an intense retreat. Will def come back here when back again in CM!

We spent a very nice week at Ampika’s condo in Chiang Mai. Everything was exactly as described and there is even a nice garden area outside to enjoy during your stay. Her father looks over the building and is always available for anything you need on site. He is a real gem! We are looking forward to staying again next year, thanks again for everything 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Loved our stay here! It was the peaceful nature escape we were craving for New Years Eve. The breakfast included was such a nice touch! Philip and his wife Air were such lovely hosts, so friendly and always happy to answer questions or provide suggestions for where to go in the area! We will be coming back!

Its always such a pleasure to stay at the bed and terrace guesthouse. Beautiful balcony view, great location, comfy bed and really cool rooms. Loved all the plants in this one:)

Being somebody that spends most of their time around nature with my camera, this was a perfect location for me🙂 & I just love the old style wooden homes. We had a great stay at Alistair and Nok’s guest rooms, their property is lovely. It was a nice break from the busy city.

The place is very nice, clean and very friendly the host since I was wrong by date and without any changes. Super recommended as well the location is perfect if you like touring the markets of Chiang Mai

A lovely and peaceful stay. Al & Nok are very friendly and attentive, they even helped us when the battery died on our motorcycle! So kind!

Detailed instructions for check-in was very helpful in the description as I wasn't able to contact for support (arrived past midnight). Place was neat, fridge was useful, and AC was a lifesaver 🥹 laundry room was on the ground floor and there were detergents (need to pay). The place was compact yet had everything for my stay. You can hear the wind chimes when stepping out the front door as there's a big temple across the road. Very calming and peaceful 😌 I suppose there is no other place like this at this price. There are many restaurants, cafes, and massage shops within 10 walking distance.

What you see is what you get, so I saved it before I left. If you want privacy and a vacation feeling, you can't go wrong with her home.I am very sensitive to sound, and I slept very deeply for two nights at her house.Push open the door and it's our favorite swimming pool, which you can enjoy on your own!Isn't it better than everyone being together in a hotel?And in Chiang Mai, there is a private swimming pool, and it is in a quiet villa area, and there are several?I love her house, and I hope to go to Chiang Mai next time, I will still continue to book
