Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chiang Mai

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

A really lovely, homely place to stay in Chiang Mai. Vincent has gone the extra mile in providing everything you could need. From clothes washing liquid, to cooking condiments, tea, coffee, shower gels.. it was all there. Cosy lighting in the evenings too. I also appreciated his Chiang Mai guides for where to eat, socialise and exercise. A very good host.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

We stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. It was conveniently located near Maya Mall and Chiang Mai University. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from the high floor, and Echo was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

This place is flawless. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen, a pleasant bedroom, and two bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is spacious enough for playing in the water, and there are plenty of tubes. There is a convenience store right in front, and everything is cleaned neatly after going out. I will definitely come back here next time.

I had initially reserved a condo in Tambon Chang Klan, but my local friend, N, recommended that I avoid the area due to its tendency to flood. Instead, she suggested Nimmanhaemin—one of Chiang Mai’s trendiest spots. Despite its traditional exterior, the interior was fully renovated with all modern conveniences. It was within walking distance of just about everything you could need: a 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, a range of restaurants, cafés, pubs, and shopping centers like Maya and One Nimman. There was a washing machine stocked with detergent sachets. While the air conditioner on the ground floor was a bit small for the open-plan layout, the host had thoughtfully provided a powerful electric fan that kept things pleasant. What stood out most was the care and attention in the little details—clearly arranged with both functionality and a warm welcome in mind. I would happily return to this house whenever I visit Chiang Mai again with a group.

We were surprised at how noisy the street was since the neighborhood looks so small in the map, but the place itself is quirky and cute, and there's lots of good food around every corner. Our host was great too, answering questions and bringing us extra snacks 😋

Communication was very smooth, the house was as complete as the pictures, the space was large and comfortable, my family and I had a wonderful holiday here, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the water.Recommended for family travel.

My girlfriend and I had a truly wonderful stay at this villa. The setting is peaceful and quiet—just what we were looking for to unwind and escape the usual buzz of the city. The pool was definitely a highlight. We ended up spending more time swimming and relaxing there than we had planned—completely worth it. The villa itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully prepared for guests. What we especially appreciated was how close it is to great dining options. Just a short drive and you’re in the Suthep area, with everything from trendy cafés to local restaurants with amazing food. We tried something new almost every day. All in all, it was the perfect mix of calm and convenience. We left relaxed, happy, and already thinking about our next trip back. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

Probably one of the nicer condos in the city the infinity pool is deff gram worthy as its 150 metres and on one of the tallest buildings in the city also the sauna and steam room are nice bonuses.

This is a trip I planned for the purpose of ‘rest‘ because my body and mind were exhausted due to heavy work. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with a lot of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was it. If it's not just the sound of an occasional plane, it's very quiet. I saw the reviews before booking, and it was a trip where I prepared earplugs, but I stayed without earplugs. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes for sale near the road every day and eating them at home. (The refrigerator is big and nice) The washing machine and detergent were prepared, so I took a small amount of clothes, and during my week-long stay, I really felt like I was living at home doing the laundry myself. Every time you need help, I appreciated the really quick response from the host. I rested well for a week, and I want to stay again next time.
