Beachfront holiday rental in Chiavari

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat das gewisse spezielle Etwas zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Ich war damit sehr zufrieden! Es fehlt an nichts und das Meer direkt vor den Füssen ist natürlich auch genial. Marcella ist sehr nett, hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und war super hilfreich (nicht persönlich kennengelernt, check in ging problemlos).

Triple view balcony the best in corniglia, elisa’s apartment was even better than on pictures. Very spacious clean and well decorated with everything we needed. We absolutely loved it, yes the stairs are a bit steep but so are all the stairs in cinque terre but the views were incredible on one side the hill over looking at the village of San barnardin, on the right the heart of the village of corniglia fantastic for people watching and to the left overlooking the sea we had many lovely dinner and apéritivo there and we can only recommend highly this apartment.

We had such an amazing stay at Cristiana's apartment. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view, and the apartment was just the perfect size and had everything we needed. We are so glad we chose to stay in Corniglia, it was a bit quieter than the other towns, but was easy to get around to see all of the Cinque Terre by train. It was a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Plenty of restaurants, and things to do. The hiking trails are right outside the apartment, and they were spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

Sehr freundliche und immer erreichbare Gastgeber, die sich stets um uns gekümmert haben. Kleine Wünsche wie zum Beispiel neue Handtücher wurden direkt erfüllt. Das Haus war super schön eingerichtet mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht, allerdings muss man doch etwas länger laufen um in den belebten Teil der Stadt zu gelangen. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht kommt man bei dieser Lage aber voll auf seine Kosten. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund gereist und auch das war ohne jegliche Probleme machbar. Gastgeber haben sich auch sehr über den kleinen gefreut und der Hund konnte ohne das wir uns Sorgen machen mussten im eingezäunten Garten spielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgenommen gefühlt und sehen keinen Grund der gegen einen zweiten Besuch sprechen würde! :)

Great place to stay - location excellent - restaurants and station minutes from flat. The flat was spotlessly clean, and well appointed. Michele’s very helpful and responsive. The only drawback was the very loud level of noise on the Saturday and Sunday evenings, which went on well into the morning hours.

Deborah è stata super gentile, risposte immediate. La casa è un bijoux tenuta benissimo con tutti gli spazi adeguati. Ci hanno anche lasciato caffè e tisane e dei prodotti per la colazione oltre ad acqua e succo di frutta già in fresco. La posizione è ottima, con una piccola discesa si arriva subito sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il parcheggio a disposizione che è sicuramente un plus in questa parte della Riviera. La casa è come da descrizione, la piccola scala non facile ma si tratta di pochi gradini, nulla di particolarmente problematica per me e mio marito e il nostro piccolo cagnolino. Bellissima vista mare dalle finestre dalla sala e della camera. Dormito benissimo, materasso comodo e letto piacevole. Super consigliato. A presto

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir lieber in den schönen Restaurants gleich um die Ecke gegessen haben. Am besten wären aber die beiden Terrassen, der Blick aufs Meer und den Badeplatz, einfach unbeschreiblich. Ein Glas Wein am Abend und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten, dabei den Schiffen nachschauen und den Tag ausklingen lassen, herrlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder, wie haben noch viel zu entdecken!

el apartamento de Davide y Conccetta es muy recomendable, es cómodo, limpio, tranquilo, y está ubicado en un lugar estratégico entre el mar y las estación de trenes, en pleno centro, hermosísimo.. Davide siempre estuvo pendiente e hicimos uso de sus recomendaciones, vayan a rapallo y a lo de Davide!!

Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnof wurden wir von Lorenzo´s Mutter Laura herzlich empfangen. Sie war extra im Dorf eine frische, fast noch warme Focaccia für uns holen! Im Hause angekommen, gab sie uns noch eine Flasche selbstabgefüllten regionalen Weisswein. Beides war sehr fein. So ein schönes persönliches Ankommen hatten wir auf Airbnb noch nie erlebt! Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zuhause. Das Haus mit dem wundervollen Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer sind einfach traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt, da es draussen eher frisch war. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Sori, wo es neben feinen Restaurants auch andere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. gibt. Hat man Lust auf mehr, so ist der Bahnhof nah und mit dem Zug erreicht man einfach die nächsten Orte. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Obschon es in den 4 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit oft regnete, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Eine Oase des Glücks!

Obwohl wir die Casa Sally recht kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir standen während unserer Fahrt von Hamburg nach Genua im angenehmen Kontakt mit Mario, der uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes vor Ort wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten & Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Vor Ort wurden wir von Pietro (Mariarosa´s Sohn) empfangen, der uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus zeigte das mit seinem mediterranen Stil äußerst charmant ist mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus fahrerisches Können, sowie ein gut motorisiertes Fahrzeug verlangt, aber es lohnt sich allemal, da man oben auf dem Berg in mitten einer Olivenplantage komplett ungestört wohnt. Auch die Vorzüge des Pools & Whirlpools konnten wir in privater Atmosphäre genießen. Das einzige was wir bei der Sommerhitze vermisst haben war eine Klimaanlage, wir konnten jedoch mit einem eigenen Ventilator Abhilfe Schaffen. Herzlichen Dank Mariarosa für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

I had the best time, the apartment was better in person and the view from the balcony was stunning. The host was so friendly and responsive, overall I highly recommend this air BnB and would love to stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue des 2 balcons est incroyable. Il était facile de se garer. L'appartement est de bonne taille et très agréable. On a pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied, le centre ville, la plage, le port Filippo s'est inquiété de savoir si rien ne nous manquait. Nous aimerions y retourner !

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The apartment is not very big but for 2 people perfect. It is located in an old hotel so the equipment of the building is very nice. It has a nice pool and a lot of outdoor space for relaxing and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very good. Nearby is a store and restaurant and the train station is also nearby. The private parking in front of the building is also a winner. We did all activities by foot. Perfect location for a trip to Portofino and Cinque Terre, which are very good to reach by train. Also the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful so that we felt at home instantly. We will visit again that is for sure!!

Super séjour chez Daniela. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Daniela est super arrangeante et nous conseillé de bonnes adresses qu'elle a pu réserver pour nous. Comme dans la plupart des logements en bord de mer de la région, le train passe juste derrière la maison ce qui est pratique pour aller visiter les villages environnants mais cause un peu de pollution sonore.

We had a fabulous time at Bruno’s. Perfect for families who want to explore the area but also need a lovely place to hang out, cook in the evening and play in the garden & pool. Bruno and his family were so lovely and helpful. The area is quiet and beautiful and perfect place to stay to look around the Italian Riveria without staying in a super touristy area. The trains up and down the coast work well and you’re always 10/20 min away from one of the big hot spots to visit for the day. We will definitely be back

Super séjour, hôte très réactif, le logement est très propre, rien à redire, encore mieux que sur les photos !! La vue est juste incroyable, très calme juste le bruit de la mer qui est très agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Facile d'accès, plein de choses à faire aux alentours et facile de prendre le train pour rejoindre des plus grands villages comme portofino, cinq terres... Séjour plus qu'agréable !! 😍

Lovely apartment in a great location - perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Angela was really helpful and booked us a restaurant reservation which we would highly recommend (le gardenie).

Gostamos muito do espaço, estava tudo impecável. Local ideal para caminhar, a poucos minutos estamos na praia, a poucos minutos estamos no Centro histórico onde se encontra bons Restaurantes. Supermercados muito perto do alojamento. Passamos 3 dias sem ter a necessidade de utilizar o carro. Recomendamos o alojamento.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at stephano’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for —The location was perfect — close to many restaurants and the sea ,yet peaceful and quiet. Stephanio was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They made check-in super easy . I honestly didn’t want to leave. Wow wow! What an excellent stay here in Rapallo. This was me and my fiance's very first time visiting Italy and Mirabela exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. From the beautiful condo which was very accessible, cute and clean, to her proative and helpful communication, she really made us feel at home. The condo is just a short walk away from the town center which made it super easy to get around. She also shared a lot of information about transportation options which was very helpful and made our trip out to Portofino seamless. We will definitely be back! Grazie Mirabela!

Una casa che profuma di mare e di pace. Ogni angolo racconta attenzione e amore. Il rumore delle onde in sottofondo, i tramonti che sembrano dipinti: difficile immaginare di meglio. Cristina e Oksana ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Un’esperienza da ricordare e un casa vacanze dove ritornare!!!

This place was a great stay, with the sea being a few short minutes from the doorstep, and a grocery store right beside the building. Everything was perfect but my only ‘complaint’ is that the pull out sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. My partner and I had a hard time getting comfortable or having a good night sleep as it was very hard. I wouldn’t recommend a long term stay on this bed as your back will pay for it! Despite the bed, I still rated 5/5 stars because everything else was great!
