Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chiba

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The place was very clean, quiet, and well-located with the subway within easy walking distance. The varied breakfast each day was wonderful. Thanks so much for making our stay such an amazing and pleasant experience! Would certainly stay here again next time in Tokyo!

I had a truly wonderful stay with Tsuyoshi and his family in Japan. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a safe neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation and local shops. They also offer a meal service. Their kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression. Thank you for everything!

It was a really, really nice accommodation. It was a perfect healing space in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, so much so that it was a pity that I only stayed for two days. Above all, I will never forget Mary's kindness. They picked me up wherever I wanted to go, and they even saw me off to the bus stop. I was really touched by the warm heart that even introduced the hidden attractions of the neighborhood and tried to make a good trip. Also, it was a really great healing time to be able to rent a bike and slowly walk around the neighborhood and run leisurely. The moments of gazing at the landscape while feeling the gentle breeze will remain in my memory for a long time. The meals that were carefully prepared for dinner and breakfast It was by far the best food I've ever eaten in Japan. I felt the devotion and heart in every single dish, and I don't think I'll ever forget those moments. I was disappointed that I couldn't express my feelings well enough because I didn't speak Japanese well, Next time, I want to study the language more and have more conversations with Mari. Next time, I definitely want to stay longer. How fortunate I was to meet such a person in such a place... Thank you again. A review as a solo female (Asian) American visitor: Toki-san and her family were amazing hosts! Everyone is very kind and wants you to have the best stay possible. I felt incredibly safe throughout the entire duration of my stay. Toki-san provided laundry services and went above and beyond, helping me dry my shoes after they got wet from the rain. She is extremely kind and professional host. This accommodation is a bit far from Tokyo, a total travel of 1-2 hours, but I found the commute to be tolerable if you have the time. Still, the location has its own benefits away from the city with more low key attractions and a very peaceful neighborhood. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, and a supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk radius which I enjoyed stopping by for snacks. Overall, if you’re looking for a unique accomodation away from Tokyo, this is your place to go. Toki-san and her family made a great difference to my trip in the most splendid way. Thank you Toki-san!

Very good stay, the house is clean and tidy, very close to Asakusa Temple and the airport, very convenient to get around, the host is very nice, provided a lot of useful travel advice, provided the electric iron, curling iron, etc. we needed, it is also very convenient to wash clothes in the room, although some spaces are shared, privacy is still guaranteed, and even prepared some delicious pancakes for us when we didn't have lunch on the first day, highly recommended👍🏻

Great stay, Japanese room is small but comfortable to stay in.The bed is also very comfortable.Only 3 minutes on foot from the comprehensive supermarket.Very convenient.There is a bus to Disney.

Machiko’s place is always amazing! She is great with communication and so kind! Rooms are compact but so comfortable, with everything you could need! With easy access to public transportation and a plethora of restaurants, it’s become my go to for TDR trips! Thank you, Machiko!

We had a lovely stay at this airbnb. A perfect place to stay if you want to visit Disney parks, just few minutes away by bus! Bus stop is literally few mins walk and nearby to Lawson to grab your quick snack! We also love this place as it provides washing machine & iron. However, the dryer is few mins walk from the stay but still convenient. In addition, if you stay more than 2 days i think, someone will come to clean your room (with a cost) but it’s worth it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being so responsive, appreciate it a lot :)

Amazing stay and great place!! The location is just perfect for those going to Disneyland/sea. A very convenient location - supermarket, convenient stores and bus station. Great host too!

Very friendly and communicative host. The location was what we want , very close to Disney Tokyo, convenient neighborhood with supermarket, pharmacy & 7 eleven nearby. Lots of paying parking lots not far from the apartment. Some might feel the bathroom is small but the room was clean & tidy. We’ll come back again !

Cute and cozy! Pretty small, but as advertised (fits 2). Very easy to find and check in/out, and good location to Disney resort while being on a quiet street.

Mom and i had the best Disney exp in Japan. I think being just a bus ride (about 5 to 10 min) away from Disneyland/Sea is a big factor. We ate at the nearby Mcdonalds before heading to Disney. There are restaurants too where we ate dinner. A convenience store is also accessible. Location is very good for travelers. This Airbnb is self check in. I was worried at first bec we will be arriving a little late in the evening. Thank God that we got the right trains and bus. I studied its location in advance so it helped a lot. No problem in locating it. The room is pretty basic but clean. Got all we need. No complaints.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the unit, which was perfect for our family. The place was clean, safe, and well-equipped, with a fantastic washer/dryer and a delightful daily breakfast as a bonus. Its proximity to train stations made it incredibly convenient, and the address was easy for Uber and shuttle drivers to locate. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Tokyo. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

Motoko is sweet and kind! The room was perfect and breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect because it was close to a train station and lots of activities!.

I stayed two nights this time. I was able to arrive on the street on the map I saw in advance, and there was a convenience store along the way, so I had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. The breakfast I had for two consecutive days was warm and warm, and it was a delicious and happy time to change the taste and menu. Thank you very much!
