35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views on the southern flanks of the Vercors. A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Petite maison de village de 40m2 qui vient d'être refaite à neuf qui comprend une pièce vie avec cuisine ouverte baignée de lumière, une chambre avec dressing, une salle de douche avec une douche king size et son WC séparé et borne de recharge. La maison surplombe le village. Un vrai lieu où calme et repos sont les maîtres mots, pour les plus sportifs une multitude d'activités au cœur du massif du Vercors au départ de la maison ou à quelques kms.

The closed garage is an advantage for snowy days or to drop off bikes and other equipment.

The bed is new, the whole flat was recently renovated. Its windows overlook a street that leads to the Cathedral in the heart of a residential area, they offer a beautiful view of the Croix de Justin.

Discover our 22 m2 apartment, located in the heart of the resort in a quiet residence with pool and tennis. It is equipped with 5 beds: 1 new sofa bed in the main room, a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed in the heated mountain corner entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave oven, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with unobstructed mountain views and not overlooked.
