This was a cozy cabin completely outfitted with everything you need. Best part of the stay? Sipping wine on the back deck watching sunset over the mountains. Next best? Tea in the early mornings watching the deer walk through the property. It’s very peaceful. GREAT place to recharge and relax.

We had an amazing family time! Beautiful house, comfortable beds, we loved! There is no body wash or shampoo, bring yours. 😊 close to town, very peaceful surroundings.

Such a perfect and private place to celebrate my 30th birthday with my loved ones. The home has a great layout for a girls trip and so many sweet spots to hang out on the porch. The location is also amazing for nature adventures!

An unforgettable experience, everything was beautiful, waking up in the morning and seeing the deer around the cabin, the sunsets on the balcony, in short, our experience was magical, Amy was very attentive and explained everything in detail, no problems in the cabin, everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable with everything ready, I definitely want to come back! The cabin was just perfect for our long weekend stay! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub too! And yes, you can hear the highway, but the host has provided earplugs and white noise machines that make it almost unnoticeable, and the convenience makes it worthwhile! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay; we are planning already on coming back next year. the house is big and has everything you may need just like at home. On our last night the power went out and the generator kicked in right away and ran all night. We stayed in the property our entire stay, do hike the nature trail; you'll love it. Please do read the driving directions that Sharon sends.

Lovely home and surroundings. Plenty of room for two couples and private areas to get away from each other. Rained a lot, and we were able to sit and enjoy under two porches if wind changed. Rested & relaxed from roar of water below. Deer everywhere and spring was springing! Would go again.

We absolutely loved all the animals, it was quiet and peaceful. The dogs were welcomed with a little fenced in area, and it had a fire pit and grill. Loved the bunkhouse feel inside. Susan was awesome, and provided us with eggs and fresh bread. She has a farm store that you definitely want to check it. The apple butter was delicious. We came down for all the hiking the area provides, and the concert at the caverns. It was a slight drive but the peacefulness of the farm is so worth it. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

This is the fourth time we have rented the cabin. Three times were for five weeks each. We love it there and could not ask for a better host, very responsive to our needs. Each time we return there are new additions to the property, this time a lovely fire pit and stairs leading from upper parking lot to cabin. Very peaceful and quiet with a pond on the property. We look for the deer and turkeys on the road to the cabin.

The location was so peaceful and with an absolutely stunning view. The host was very responsive and there was a great deal of detailed information shared in a notebook in the cabin. The best thing is that the hosts are on site and check the property as soon as you leave so if you have left anything (which we did) they contact you quickly so you can return before you’ve gone far. And, we met the hosts at this point and they were very pleasant.

We absolutely LOVED this house, it was peaceful and private and everything we were looking forward to during our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, and we loved that it was so close to Chattanooga as well!!! 100/10 would recommend!

The cabin is super cute, the porch with the creek is what really makes this place. We only stayed 2 nights but spent the last day basically on the porch for the last half of our stay and played Uno at the table! So peaceful with the creek right there. The power was out when we got there, and we didn't have cell service, so we had to walk up the lane to get service to ask about it, but Terry was responsive when we texted. Power came back on, and we were able to get on the wifi once it came back on. Note that the road to get in I would suggest you have a truck or a non-lower car, its bumpy and gravel. Makes for a fun in and out lol. Which that is part of having a place in the mountains. There are two cabins right there beside this one so if you want super private you may want to look someplace else- the neighbors we had left the next morning, so it was quite our last day there. I would stay again just because of the creek!

This house is in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. Plenty of neighbors walking over to the park up the road / hill. It is close to the North Shore busy area, but that is a short drive away. Walking distance to a few fast food places. Our dogs loved the yard and felt at home there. I enjoyed the small back patio and table. The house, linens and surfaces were all quite clean. Lynn left clear instructions in a booklet and included local recommendations - those were all helpful. We did struggle a bit to get understand how to watch the local TV stations.

Great place with a great host. Perfect for our week-long family getaway. Close enough to Chattanooga, but also far enough away. Highly recommend staying at Sydneyland.

Tammy is an amazing host, and the property was perfect! Great location, walkable and convenient to my son’s school. This home had a great layout for a family, and it was appointed perfectly for a getaway. Highly recommend any of her homes.

I would say better than advertised. Absolutely beautiful and warm cottage. One of the best views around awaiting you at the end of the driveway. Everything you want to do is a short drive away. I honestly didn't want to leave this place and will definitely book this place again the next time im in that area!

This cabin is fantastic and Joeseph and Lorena were great at communicating. I ended up proposing to my girlfriend at this cabin and they were accommodating to make everything perfect. There were so many thoughtful gestures like a personalized sign and have other cool things like deer feed and bird feed. The pictures of this cabin don’t do it justice! Views are amazing, clean, and all of the games you could ever want to play. The only thing I would note before you book is make sure you put the correct amount of people staying. Even though the cabin sleeps 8, I only reserved with 2 because I didn’t know how many were staying. There is a fee for anyone over your reserved amount. I ended up having 3 others stay for a total of 5 and still had to pay extra for them. Something to note. Everything was amazing and would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. Place was great and peaceful

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

Very thoughtful, proactive, responsive, and considerate host. We had an exciting time with all the games she had lined up for her guests.
