Monthly Rentals in Chicklade

Beautiful little cottage tucked away but close to the village. Garden was perfect for me and my dog. The steep hill up to the garden didn’t phase us as the view was worth it with open fields and horses behind. Vanessa and Bruce were very responsive and friendly, they kindly accepted my booking on short notice. I didn’t want to leave! Would happily stay again.

From the start Adrian was friendly and helpful, On arrival the cottage was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. With extra touches such as bread and milk left for us. Adrian made local recommendations which were extremely helpful. We stayed there for my son’s wedding which was local, such a beautiful cottage. We would have enjoyed spending more time in the house and garden, so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this delightful cottage, it’s amazing.

Myself and a few friends had a really nice stay here. There were some lovely welcoming touches like butter and milk in the fridge, bread, and maltesers, which were very welcome! The cottage was spotless and homely. Beds incredibly comfortable and shower was amazing, better than mine at home. Plenty of parking spaces and you are right in the middle of the countryside, which as a lifelong Londoner did take a bit of adjusting to :) quiet and beautiful surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here.
