We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Pets ok

West Avenues Hideaway. Quiet, spacious, & kitchen

Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this quiet, spacious, centrally-located studio guesthouse! Located within a short walk of Chico's beautiful One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, and a fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. Would comfortably fit two people, but would accomodate two more with a provided air mattress if you were open to sharing the room.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay with Elizabeth and recommend staying here. The unit was very clean, nice, and had everything we needed for our short stay. They even left us coffee, biscotti, and dog treats! Elizabeth was very communicative about check in instructions and let us check in an hour early, which was lifesaving for us to get ready for the wedding we were attending! The only reason why I took 1 star off the location is that it is a bit on the far side of town, but it really was not an issue for us! Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved this spot for an entire month! I was able to have access to the freeway in seconds, right near downtown, my dogs were comfy. I am always afraid they will get out of the backyard… this home was safe and secure for all of us and I’m so thankful I found it. Thank you Sam, for being a great host and helping out so much when I needed it most.

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s Airbnb! The place was easy to find with great parking, and everything was just as described. The bed was super comfortable, the water was hot with excellent pressure, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved exploring the nearby trails. Bidwell Park is a must! Chelsea was a fantastic host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!
