Very nice place and exactly as described. It is very quiet and quaint. Easily walkable to the Tube and shops. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Stephanie and Richard were great communicators. They quickly responded to any messages I left and were very kind and accommodating. They have an adorable, well kept home.

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

Host greeted us at check in, showed us around rental. Was very flexible with allowing early check in. Great amenities especially with crib and toys for 2 yr old. Nice backyard area for children to play, park also close by. Great little store at end of street to pick up groceries. Easy walk to access train into London for sightseeing.

A perfect place for 8 of us to stay en route from Northern England to Paris. We came into Ilford on the Elizabeth Line to stock up at Sainsburys for dinner and breakfast. Had dinner on the patio. Umair clearly states there are just 2 bathrooms which was OK for 8, for one night. Might be more of an issue for 16!

Lovely place in an amazing location. Patrick was a responsive host and shared a great guide to restaurants in the area. Hopefully we get to visit again.

Hui was a wonderful host! Her home was both beautiful and had every amenity needed! We felt right at home and enjoyed the spacious living space and beautiful kitchen and patio.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. 'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

Kaz is an extremely friendly and responsive host . The house is lovely and spacious with a lovely outdoor area . Everything you could possibly need is provided and the house was fresh clean and comfortable . The area is quiet . We were attending my son’s wedding and were a family group . The house was perfect for our needs and so nice to be all together . Nothing we didn’t like . Many thanks

As a family of 5, we truly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is excellent. Having a grocery store so close with shops and restaurants and even a little playground makes it such an ideal location. Martin was a wonderful host.

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

Peaceful stay at this lovely very large house. Kids were well catered for with the games room and big garden with swings. Everything with spotless and Catherine was so helpful. We loved it

Great place to stay. 7 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and easily could have accommodated more. The location is perfectly situated, a couple blocks to the train station and multiple bus stops immediately around the place. Night life is a few blocks away. Highly recommend The Goat and Hawkins Forge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Ema-Louise’s Beautiful home. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. We celebrated my mum’s 60th Birthday and we had such a lovely time. The weather was good to us so we also got to spend time in the pool. The host was so lovely and made us all feel most welcome. The highlight of our stay was Rosie the pointer & Rocky the Chihuahua and all the horses. Was like a home away from home and we would love to come back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

The home is absolutely beautiful, so fantastically decorated and a perfect setting for our group get together. The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help, even accommodating an earlier check in for us. Could not recommend this stunning home enough!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

We stayed at the apartment with three kids and four adults and it's certainly spacious enough for that. It had all amenities that we wanted such as a well stocked kitchen, washing machine, dish washer. We liked having access to the garden and the pool was a hit with the kids. It was only open in the afternoon and evening when we were there but that was fine. The neighbourhood itself is not especially charming we found but felt safe and not too crowded. There's easy access to central London via train, depending on where you want to go it's 30-45 minutes. We would certainly recommend this place to friends traveling with kids.
