Communication and treatment with Soledad and Rafael was excellent from the first moment. Rafael was an excellent host, always willing to help. The area and house are very enjoyable and has a very wooded and fenced garden which made it very safe for my pet. It was a pleasure staying in the house, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday villa located in the pine forest in Punta Ballena! It is perfect for 6 people and offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a real highlight and ideal for relaxing after a day of activities or a long walk in nature. The equipment of the house left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a spacious living room, everything was thought of here. The location is also great: everything you need can be reached in a short time, and the beach is within walking distance, with great beach stalls, great for long walks, a lunch, a sundowner or just to relax. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended! Communication with Franzi was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She left no questions unanswered.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. The beautiful house that they have built and decorated in a place that for me is the most magical on earth - at the foot of the dunes, bathed by the sea and mirrored by a blue horizon that forces you to dream - turned out to be even more perfect than the beautiful photos that anyone can appreciate in the description. The exuberant and more than abundant glazed views allowed me to enjoy the Mediterranean pine bath, as well as the bands of mountain wrens, and other native birds with a beautiful morning song. The interior comfort is magnificent, with air conditioning regulating the chosen temperature in all spaces. The comfort and beauty of the bedrooms and bathroom. Unparalleled rest and relaxation. But the wisdom in the decoration, the breakfast island, the high quality kitchen equipment.... everything. The wine as a gift! I have already recommended it to all my acquaintances with pleasure

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.

How nice, Rudolfo. I arrived on Christmas Day and everything was closed. He welcomed me in a very nice way and gave me food, all above expectations. The pool and a corner of the garden, both beautiful, the freedom to bathe naked in the sun, great guests... And all just ten minutes from the beach.

They were wonderful days of rest. The house is just as seen in the photos, the heated pool is a very high point. The area is beautiful. Even with rainy days it was very nice.
