The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

I can’t say enough about this little place, it’s perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, they provided not only essentials but the extras too, hair mouse shaving cream. Along with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels were thick, and an extra set was also Provided. Coffee for our three night stay. They also provided everything we needed to use the fire pit. Just a great experience all the way around. We will be back♥️

This house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The coffee bar and nespresso machine were great! Everything in the house worked well and there were many small details that helped make our stay more comfortable. There was also a beautiful view of downtown and the outdoor space was such a nice bonus. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Reno!

Hi Jodi and Adam, We had a wonderful stay at your charming lake house. The location was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was well-appointed; with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed mornings by the lake, soaking in the serene atmosphere. One highlight of our trip was exploring the nearby historical site in Grass Valley, specifically Empire Mine State Park. It offered a fascinating glimpse into the area's rich history, and we loved learning about the Gold Rush era. This was exactly the getaway we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Wonderful stargazing. The cool evening breezes while watching the sunset were divine. We especially enjoyed our visit with the hosts and the emus. Also recommend visiting the wild horse adoption center and Moon Rocks. Highly restorative visit.
