Holiday rentals with beach access in Chile

I went alone and the condominium seemed safe, the surroundings were super quiet although the streets were super dark, however the condominium was so comfortable that it was nice to stay there, it had a descent to the beach, resting places with very nice views and the apartment had a very good view (I recommend sunsets on clear days) the signal/wifi was the only thing that in my case did not work very well, so I would be cautious in terms of teleworking. Everything else was excellent, very good service and fast. Very good! 🤗

Our stay with Erwin was a great experience. Check in and out were smooth and easy, and Erwin was easily accessible at all times approaching and during our stay. Erwin helped our group with tour guides, dinner recommendations, laundry and more. The apartment itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the city and lake. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

It's our second stay in Michael's apartment and we love the place, right on the beach, the view is beautiful, the apartment is very well equipped and clean, it has the amenities that you find at home. Michael is always very attentive and kind, we really enjoyed being there again!

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

The accommodation is perfect, it has a beautiful view of the sea, it has all the utensils to be able to cook something, there are several services. The accommodation instructions are very clear and I highlight the communication with Alvin. Totally recommended

Carlos' instructions were clear and he was attentive at all times if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos' fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked very hastily and it just happened to coincide with the cleaning. Other than that, I'd go back to the apartment, great for couples🥰.

The unbeatable view, the house is new and therefore everything inside was spotless. the area is very quiet, and for a few minutes by car you can approach Bucalemu or Llico for more options of restaurants or minimarkets. the only thing we would have liked to have is a railing that accompanies the descent to the beach, it is steep and generates a bit of vertigo, the beach area was good. if we miss in the evening after dinner, board games, a TV in the living room to see all of them. we will certainly have it present for some other getaway.

Very nice view, quiet environment, Ximena is very kind and attentive, responds quickly to any questions. The only thing that happened to us was that the internet signal was a little unstable, but everything else made up for it.

I thank Viviane for leasing her house. The place is wonderful, the landscape, the gardens, you can see the sea in all its immensity.

I loved this place, ideally not to popularize it so much, since the best thing about it is the location away from everyone with a view of the sea, incredible! The cabin has everything, I felt very safe and disconnected, which was what my husband and I were looking for with my dog. Thank you Sandra, apart from the Green Room, exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

The house is very comfortable, a spectacular view with access to the beach. It was a pleasure, everything was tidy and arranged, the house is well heated and following the instructions for use, water, electricity and heating everything worked perfectly!! I recommend it

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendation, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But in general everything was very good. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

Lorena was an excellent host and communicated with us straight away. Her apartment was tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable with a large tv in each bedroom. Very comfortable living room , good kitchen and a large dining table. Great value and extremely cosy.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Excellent apartment! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and it was a very cozy and very well-equipped place. Ximena takes care of all the necessary details to have a perfect stay. I only found the shower to be small, for a person with obesity I do not recommend it. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and excellent hygiene.

The place is just like the photos, tidy and clean. Very nice view and well located. Pamela was always attentive to our requirements.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, it has a wonderful view of the beach, and everything in the apartment was impeccable, clean and tidy. It is important to note that both rooms had beds in good condition and quite comfortable pillows. The host was super attentive and willing, as he allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than agreed, so the trip was perfect. I hope to return soon.
