This home was a perfect landing spot for our group of eight after 48 hrs of travel to Patagonia! We really appreciated its warmth after exploring during the blustery rainy days! We were able to walk everywhere- restaurants, tours, the downtown. Easy access to a fruit/veg shop and grocery. Check out the nearby cemetery and chocolate factory! Sonja was very helpful in response to our inquiries during our stay!

Carolina is an excellent host, her house is very comfortable, clean, beautiful, the tranquility of the place is priceless. Just to tell you to renew the photos, your house is much prettier, it deserves other photographs with more light.

A wonderful house just like in the pictures, apart from having a lot of decorations and books to enjoy. Plenty of room to spend with the family.

Just wow! As 4 intl cabin crew from Australia who get to fly around the world and see soo many amazing places, we fell in love INSTANTLY. The drive is stunning, you follow a river deep through the mountains, where the cabin is perched in a position where you are surrounded by mountains from every side. Sunset and sunrise and the way the light touches the Andes is just spectacular. The cabin itself is spacious, unique, comfortable and perfect for big groups. And there is no better place to sit than on the balcony in complete silence. Maca, Nico and lil Benny are absolutely wonderful. Kind, attentive, incredibly approachable and made our time so special. They made all our food, from fresh breads, jams, pizza, coffee, even pisco sours! We can’t thank them enough. If you’ve found it this Airbnb, book it. It’s a once in a lifetime stay. Hike, swim in natural lagoons, we even got up close to a condor. Muchas gracias Maca y tu familia, you’ve created a memory for us we wont forget.

Excellent place, just like you can see in the photos. A space to rest and enjoy. The attention was very prompt and they were always attentive to our questions. We would come back happily!!!

We were extremely well hosted by Fresia who gave us the right tips in La Parva. El Refugio exceeded our expectations, very well maintained, fully equipped, with a spectacular view and location. Not to mention the ski conditions that were great. We hope to return as soon as possible!

Beautiful property with beautiful views. Walking distance to the ski lift was very convenient. William was great at communication and we appreciated Sak cleaning the place for us each day. Highly recommend.

A place with a very nice view, to spend a few days of preference as a family, since the area is very residential and does not allow high noise after 7 pm. Next door is the ski center, very good for beginners in this sport. Bernard was really nice to us, he immediately helped us with what we required and/we consulted.

Leonardo and Sandra offer a wonderful place. The photos and description don't do justice to what their cabin really is. It's a place to disconnect and find tranquility. The cabin has all the amenities and its spaces are spacious and cozy. It is true that the access is not paved and a little far from downtown, but it is totally worth it if you are looking to get away from the noise of the city. The hosts are very friendly, approachable and concerned about their guests. We would definitely go back!

Our experience was incredible, the place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the house is quite spacious and comfortable to go in a large group of people, we were 10 people and we were all very comfortable in every way, we had a problem with a bathroom and electricity but quickly the caretaker of the house arrived to fix it without any problem. I appreciate the proximity of Jorge, all the time I give myself to explain every detail, very friendly both the and the caretaker of the house Gaspar. I would 100% recommend and thank them for everything!

The house is amazing, with all the amenities for a large family. Its location is great, with natural light from early morning and very cool in the afternoon. Every corner of the house is cozy. They think of all the details, excellent taste in decoration. A quiet residential area that provides security. We received the house in impeccable condition. Very happy with our choice and we will definitely come back someday. Regards!

This house is in a perfect location, only 12 minutes from Puerto Varas. It is very quiet (except for black face ibis birds who are all around) and has a lovely driveway where one can walk to a nearby dairy farm and restaurant. The views of the volcanoes are stupendous. Also, there's a lovely stairway to the beach which has a super beach. Landscaping is beautiful and Juan Luis and Olivia who live on the property are SUPER! Interior of the house is great. It was perfect for 4 of us and could easily have slept 6. Fantastic architecture.

I think it's the place with the best view of the sector towards the lake and Cerro Castillo. Unfortunately the weather did not accompany us during the trip to enjoy the clear view towards Cerro Castillo (whims of Patagonia), but I will surely return to enjoy the lake and the view. Julio was always willing to help and answer questions. Recommended.

The house was in a beautiful location on the river and near the ocean. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked for supplies needed for preparing a family meal. The neighborhood dogs that roamed around were adorable. We were disappointed that we could not locate the kayaks on site, but we were busy touring the area. Stargazing was impeccable.

Beautiful house with a view of the lake, path to the lake, dock and natural pool. Special to disconnect and share with family and friends. The little ones will enjoy a native environment, full of trees and plenty of space to walk. Very well equipped in all its aspects and the service of our phenomenal host, flexibility in entry and departure and a very pleasant treatment. Its price-quality is worth, 100% recommended.
