We had an extremely pleasant stay at Julien's. The accommodation is charming, tastefully decorated and the quality of the services offered is rare and everything is perfectly explained. Julien is also a very friendly and available host who was able to answer our questions and concerns. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Very peaceful place. The space is large and the cottages far enough apart from each other to be quiet. Common infrastructures are diverse and although there is a small stream it is quite suitable for children. Very well-equipped, very clean accommodation and new and very well-appointed bathroom.

The Villa exceeded our expectations upon arrival. The BBQ, swimming pool and Jacuzzi were the ideal facilities for us as a group of friends for a long weekend away. Much attention has been paid to the finishing level of the Villa. There are plenty of activities to do remotely (within 30 minutes by car) in, for example, Valjoly or Le Quesnoy

very easy to communicate, Adele is someone who can find the solution for any kind of problems. Her house is very clean and the garden is huge. This house is a gold not to be missed!

Very nice accommodation, well arranged, well equipped and functional. The terrace is sunny from morning to night. In addition, the pool is large and allowed us to enjoy it with the whole family to the delight of young and old. Our host Thibault was welcoming, available and responsive. We would highly recommend this listing.

We stayed in this beautiful converted dovecote for three nights and fell in love from the first second. The decor is so tasteful, everything was super clean and the two hosts extremely friendly. We lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment is perfect. There was even an electric grill, so we could grill nicely in the evening. The pool provides a wonderful refreshment. However, we could not see from the advertisement in advance that Martial and his wife live on the property. We thought we were private. But the two are extremely unobtrusive, discreet and extremely hospitable. We felt incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, there is not much going on in Sedan itself. But definitely great for hikers and cyclists.

Excellent cottage! A real time machine to the 70s while keeping modern comfort. 🤩 Lots of little touches from the hosts in almost every room (I won't say more to keep the surprise effect!), we really feel privileged. The welcome and the relationship are also impeccable, thank you to them. the children loved the playroom, the parents and grandparents too 😆 in short, an excellent place for those who want to experience an experiential stay!

Just what we needed. It was all there. And Marion was very understanding. Very comfortable bedding.

What a great home to stay in. It was clean and everything looked spic and span both inside and out! There is always something to say about each accommodation. - Unfortunately, there were no screens, which is a must - No broom/swiffer or vacuum cleaner present - Window coverings in the bathroom would be very nice - parasol in warm weather or sunshade - toilet flushes with difficulty Which was very nice: - bed linen and bath linen clean and tidy on each bed - spice rack available including basket with garlic and onions - dish soap, tea towel and dishcloth, dishwasher tablets - garbage bags and baking paper - coffee corner - tea, sugar/milk and biscuit - Shower gel and shampoo available - Toilet paper, kitchen paper available Actually, too many to mention. You should go there to experience it! That is the only way to enjoy this paradise!

The cottage is simple, but the tranquility and surroundings make it special. You will feel right at home and eating outside on the terrace is a pleasant experience. The animals in the yard and the local cat are cozy company. In the evening, enjoy the stars in the sky. 1 tip: hang some curtains for privacy and against the sun...;)

Very kind host. Visit to Imbrechies Castle was a very nice discovery. The region and nature are superb.

We had a wonderful time with the family. The setting is great and peaceful. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Dominique is very welcoming and responsive.

Communication with Sarah is easy, the house is very nice and as described. The Avesnoise countryside is ideal for hiking or biking. An address to remember.

Great stay in a beautiful setting We loved our stay at this cozy cottage in Nismes for four days. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately provided a warm welcome. The cottage itself is perfect for two people: comfortable, well furnished and a nice base to explore the area. Nismes is a beautiful village in one of the most beautiful regions of Belgium, where time seems to stand still. From the cottage there are beautiful hiking trails to discover, ideal for nature lovers. Even in less good weather, there is plenty to do in the area. In short, a wonderful place for those who want to experience the charm of Nismes and the surrounding nature. We definitely recommend this cottage!
