Holiday rentals with a patio in Chimney Rock

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs that feel like they were renovated as cheaply and quickly as possible. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything felt thoughtful and intentional. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I don’t feel like the photos did it justice. The area is great as well. West Asheville is one of our favorite parts of town so the location was perfect. Highly recommend staying with Katlin!

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

I had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb in Asheville! The room was cozy and clean, with large windows that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The property had a beautiful garden that felt like a hidden retreat, and I especially loved watching the small squirrels, birds, and or chipmunks, make their daily visits. It was peaceful, refreshing, and the perfect spot to unwind. The host was friendly and respectful of privacy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Asheville!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean apartment within a ten-minute walk to downtown Asheville. In a beautiful historic neighborhood with interesting homes and big trees. Parking on site and self check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet (even on a holiday weekend). Great locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and major grocery stores within walking distance. One of my best Airbnb experiences yet.

We had such a great time here! Very clean and cozy. Loved the location it was close to everything we were looking to do. Excellent communication as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

The space was perfect for myself, my 20-something daughter, and my uncle. Beautifully furnished, such an elegant space. Beds very comfortable, quiet sanctuary after our days out and about in Asheville. Nine Mile is always a must when in town, right across the street! The Montford neighborhood is great, nice walks, and the heart of downtown is literally about a 15 minute walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This stay was a treasure! Very affordable, great location to relax and sweetly decorated and welcoming feel. The hosts provided us with everything we needed and prepared the space for a beautiful weekend! Will most certainly be back!! We also appreciated the reasonable rate, allowing us to pour back into the community. Restaurants and shopping options were first class!

Truly a luxurious stay! And only 30 minutes from Asheville. The decor, comfy furniture and master suite, hot tub with a beautiful view, and dual head shower room were completely perfect. Even better than the photos. The tub doesn't work but they are still renovating so I'm sure it's on their list. Kyah was a wonderful host and provided lots of clear helpful information. I hope to return soon!

This home was absolutely beautiful! The surrounding mountains and river running along the edge of the back yard were hypnotizing! You could spend hours on either the lower patio or upper deck listening to the sound of the water flowing over the boulders in the river. The inside of the house was pristine and very roomy! Mr. Jimmy was quick to make sure we’d gotten in ok and to see if there was any we needed. Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure and a number of great local restaurants are literally less than a few minutes away… Would definitely love to visit and stay here again!

Our family had an amazing stay. The location is very convenient. The home is charming with everything you can need. The little touches such as robes and fire starters are so thoughtful. We felt welcome and right at home. We love the area and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

This home was absolutely beautiful! From the cozy decor to the comfortable beds, clean linens/towels, and home—plus the babbling creek right outside! I could not recommend this space more. The location is great if you're looking to be out and away but within a reasonable drive into town/cities (Black Mountain is about 15-20 minutes, Asheville is about 40-45 minutes). Jason and his family were proactive in communication, extremely helpful, and left very clear instructions for their home. As a dog owner, the provided dog towels, blanket cover, and bowls were such a helpful touch that made the stay that much better. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Major highlights: Very clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful.

This Airbnb was everything I needed. Clean, brightly lit with sunlight, and beautifully decorated. I was caring for a family member locally, and this provided the perfect place to return to at night, and to work from as needed. I was especially grateful for the decor and the many windows. Highly recommend.

Amy is an amazing host. She is so quick to respond or help with anything you reach out to her about. Our stay was wonderful. The house is such a sweet old house. I just loved the floors and all the windows. The natural light coming in is so wonderful. I had to work from the house for part of our stay and I worked at the desk, outside patio table and the dining room table and was comfortable at each spot. It was worked out perfect. Getting on WiFi, getting in the house and check out was easy and simple.

We absolutely loved our stay! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even more beautiful in person—cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was peaceful and private, but still close enough to Asheville to explore easily. We especially appreciated the clear communication, comfy bed, and how well-stocked everything was. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this space provided. It made our birthday weekend extra special. I don't like the phrase "wow factor" but the view from Pattie's place sure has it! Simply amazing! Often found ourselves just looking out the windows across the hills and mountains as the clouds rolled by. Never a dull moment! Everything else was great, too, well-appointed kitchen, clean bathrooms, large bedrooms, wonderfully detailed decor. An absolutely spot-on hilltop retreat!

Lindsay's place was fully stocked and super clean. she has been by far the best host we have ever had. we felt right at home and so comfortable. thank you Lindsay for having us.

Peaceful place

Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Alicia was great and checked on us. Home was in very nice condition and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Lovely well-equipped condo in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. The three levels were perfect for the four adults and two children in our party. Very quiet and peaceful with great scenery.

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.
