It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. This beautiful treehouse is the 5th on the Cherry Treesort property. It is located off the main road with a short walk over the scenic bridge. It features a queen bed in the main bedroom as well as a queen pullout couch bed. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
