Case Bonita is a 2 bedroom, 21/2 bath pool house located on 51/2 acres in the middle of town. It is gated and surrounded by 100 year old oak trees, magnolias, and blooming plants. Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country.

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
