Ivona and Jacek we're fantastic hosts. They welcomed me into their home and treated me like an old friend. I enjoyed not only my stay but my conversations with Ivona and Jacek about living in Nicaragua. I admit I was a little nervous that there was no air conditioning, but with the high ceilings and powerful ceiling fans I never felt the need for it. I didn't even use the highest setting on the fan, even though I was working through the hottest part of the day. Coco Loco beach is a two minute walk and the pulperia across the street provides some basic food options with no effort at all. I really enjoyed my week at Casa Amarilla and would recommend it anyone.

this is a gem in Leon! a beautiful house where you have all the amenities you can think of, all powered by a phenomenal host Pedro. Comfy beds, AC that you want during the 30+ degree weather, and loads of restaurants nearby. most importantly, easy to get to and easy to check in...I did with my left hand! honestly, if you're looking for your own place in Leon away from the congestion of the city centre, here's your gem. muchas gracias Pedro! I'll be back and will 100% stay here again! thank you for the recommendations as well

This location on the North-West coast of Nicaragua is really wonderful. Beautiful landscape, the nicest people & the Airbnb apartment on the compound is very stylish, with lots of local quality material, plus great terrace. Our stay with Fran & her 3 marvelous young sons (all play chess!) was heartwarming and her culinary expertise & charm is right how it should be on a farm-to-table location like this. If you're lucky you'll get spoiled with one of the smashing (very healthy!) dishes of this inspirational chef and cool Airbnb-host!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A great indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space has the sunshine all day! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need (oil, salt, pepper etc). Cristhell was super responsive and really helpful with whatever we needed. Great place to stay in Leon!

Corrie’s place is a stunning and tranquil paradise. The home is walking distance to a beautiful, secluded beach and tucked away in a gated wellness community with an amazing restaurant on site. Corrie was so welcoming and full of helpful recommendations of things to do in the area - there are many stunning beaches and local food spots to explore! The outdoor kitchen is perfect for cooking food by the pool which is also surrounded by fruit trees (you can pick and eat!) If you are looking to completely unplug and immerse yourself in nature, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is so beautiful, super comfortable and spacious rooms, beds and bathrooms! A super nice outdoor shower and an unbelievable view of the ocean and the sunsets! The house is 10 min walk from the beach and some cute restaurants and little shops and 5 or so min drive to the main village and surf breaks! The kitchen is fullllly equipped and we cooked many delicious meals at home! I highly highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful house located a minutes walk from the Boom. Modern facilities, clean, with pool. The hostess was always available. We are in touch with local people who gave us breakfast and lunch. Very friendly, good prices. Excellent service

We are a Canadian couple who stayed in Drew's house for 2 weeks this February to surf the nearby breaks. From the very beginning, Drew was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. Drew is very responsive and always there to help. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Drew's house. It was cool during the hot days and even though you are right in Asseradores it is a secluded and private property. There is an amazing bakery only a few minutes away too for fresh sourdough and cinnamon buns. Highly recommend.
