Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Our cottage "La Montagnette" is a fully equipped, clean and very well located house in the heart of a small mid-mountain village at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne, between lakes and mountains. Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

Charming house renovated in 2018, ideally located halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, between the 2 lakes with turquoise waters; as well as 1 hour from the nearest ski resorts. (Revard, Féclaz, Semnoz) The house has been tastefully renovated, everything is new, bedding and appliances. Tourists and health seekers will be greeted with a welcome basket of regional products. You will remember this quiet and green stop.

Countryside stay in an unpretentious private 50m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located near Lac du Bourget. Here no wifi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation . Initiation to caving (for a fee) .no electric charging.

Come and enjoy an area still preserved at the foot of the Grand Colombier and 20 minutes from Lac du Bourget. Located in a quiet and charming hamlet, the cottage is spacious (70 m²) and well-equipped. The price includes the supply of sheets (your beds will be prepared for your arrival) and the provision of towels and dish towels. Guests can enjoy a private furnished terrace and deckchairs.
