This is a recently renovated house that can sleep five people and has a baby’s cot. It is fully equipped, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The house is located in the quiet and pretty village of Palaikastro, 16km from the town of Sitia, 6km from the beautiful palm beach of Vai, 2km from Kouremenos beach with its windsurfing stations, and 2km from Chiona beach and the archaeological site of Roussolakkos. The house is 100m from the village square.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here. A 40 sq.m. detached house with a yard in a quiet pedestrian street in the center of the village, located 100 meters from the square where all the traditional shops, tavernas, cafes, mini markets, butcher shops and fruit shops are located. At a distance of 1.5 km there are the beaches of Chiona and Kouremenos and at about 6 km the beach of Vai with the exotic palm forest and the beach of Erimoupoli.
