Built in 1600, this old water mill was fully restored four years ago, maintaining its rustic charm. It is surrounded by nature and offers the ideal break from the hassles of city life, be it with friends, family or just by yourself. Latest internet tech makes it a perfect working 'staycation'. It boasts a shaded 'al fresco' area at the rear, a sun drenched garden in the front, and is set in a small hamlet with ancient cobbled traffic-less roads. Natural river pools at the bottom of the garden.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

At the Reuccia castle

Unique and relaxing space, immersed in the tranquility of nature. Great for those who love walking/hiking and MTB hikes, but also for those who love to relax in the silence. 7km away from the Passo delle Radici/ San Pellegrino in Alpe and Castiglione di Garfagnana ( one of the most beautiful villages in Italy). Near the house there is a small chicken coop, with the possibility of eggs at km 0. additional bed availability upon request. There is WI-FI.. MTB and E-MTB rental possibility!

Nestled in the charming mountain village of Chiozza and only 100 metres from the local bar/shop/pizzeria La Grotta, Casa Fusari is the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. The Villa even has its' own apple orchard. Chiozza is only a 10 minute drive from the market town of Pieve Fosciana, where there are a number of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Casa Fusari is ideally placed for discovering some of the most beautiful villages of Garfagnana.

A place surrounded by nature, suitable for those who want to get out of everyday life and relax!The property includes a large kitchen with fireplace, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. The entire valley is covered by the Cesarano stream and for those who want to take a healthy walk there are many itineraries to follow, where you can meet several wild animals in addition to those of the farm itself!

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
