There is a grocery store in the building. The airport is 30 minutes away, the bus station is 15 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, banks. Please don't smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. "Subletting" to other unknown persons is strictly prohibited.

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.
