The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

Serghei and Looba have been the most generous hosts imaginable and they have been a mine of information and help throughout my stay. I literally cannot praise them high enough. Serghei in particular has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to assist. The room itself is immaculate and very well stocked and organised with air conditioning. Unbeatable value and a vacation I’ll never forget for all the right reasons 😀👏👌🥰☝️

Overall, the place is nice. It looks like the pictures, and it is spotless, providing all the necessary household supplies. The location is positioned near public transportation, a gym and grocery shops. I do consider, however, that the bed mattress isn't on par with the rest of the apartment, and it needs to be changed. I leave 5 stars, nonetheless, because I believe the landlords, being responsive as they are, will promptly address the issue and replace the mattress, thereby significantly increasing the level of comfort.

I spent three days in this apartment in Chisinau and left with very pleasant experiences. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but there are many restaurants and shops nearby, so everything is easily accessible. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, giving me a detailed briefing on all the important information. The apartment is clean, tastefully furnished and really cozy. I especially liked that they paid great attention to the small details - the toiletries, kitchen equipment were all available, and as a nice surprise, a small gift snack was waiting for us upon arrival. It was a pleasant experience to stay here in every respect, I recommend it to everyone from the heart!

Lived in this apartment very recently, but already feel that I made the right choice. The place is just super — there are greenery around, two parks are nearby, the lake is really a two-minute walk. All in the forest park area, the air is fresh, quiet. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby — there is a place to go for dinner. There is a concierge in the house, which is nice, especially in the evenings. And the panoramic view of the city is a separate buzz, especially at sunset. All in all, a great place for both living and relaxing. Very satisfied, I can safely recommend!

excellent central location, many buses nearby to reach various points of the city. Very helpful host, responds immediately, he arrived in a few minutes even when I wrote to him at two in the morning because I was out of the house. Comfortable and comfortable apartment. The kitchen has little equipment, but having read it in various reviews, I brought what they thought I could use, and I asked the host for the rest. Supermarket right below the house.
