The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

Unique loft

NO REVIEWS FROM HOSTS I WILL NOT RENT This unit is in an apartment building, located on 2nd floor. Apartment is set up as loft. So living, sleeping, kitchen are in an open space. The unit has a loft, set up as extra living area. The stairs to the loft have 10" stair risers, it's a higher step up. Private full bath in unit. Laundry is shared space downstairs. This is an older building it has controlled heat in the building. There is a electric fireplace that can be used to maintain 70°~72°

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
