Ruben’s condo was fantastic! We stayed for four nights and loved every moment. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the office space was perfect for getting work done. I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

The apartment fully met our expectations and had a winning location on the ground floor next to the pool, which is very child friendly. Really appreciated the quick and timely feedback from the landlord.

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

very nice condo - stylish appartement

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.

Nat is a great host. The unit is in a fully serviced building with gym, pools, and co-working spaces. Nat also was super helpful in renting us a motorbike. The building is steps away from a 7-11, 2 huge very nice malls, cafes, and food. It was what we needed in order to get some things done before going deeper into travel.

Потрясающее место. Просторно и уютно, все чисто и убрано. Очень тихо вокруг. До моря рукой подать, шикарные рестораны в пяти минутах езды.

Zoé est une hôte très réactive et avec toujours de belles attentions. L’appartement est super idéalement situé à quelque minute de la plage. Le mobilier est top aussi rien à dire. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement, surtout que Zoé propose de nombreuses adresses qui sont très utiles pour le voyage !
