‘The Den’ Self contained one bedroom annexe.

This is a great spot for a midweek or weekend getaway, also ideal for professional seeking Midweek accommodation local to work. It is self contained with separate access & parking. The accommodation consists of shower room, kitchenette, double bed on mezzanine floor, lounge area,TV, fire stick, log burner, armchairs & desk. It is in the grounds of our private house with the Wallop Brook running through the garden. I do not provide breakfast but do provide complimentary,tea,coffee,milk & biscuits

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
