The hostess is very friendly, the apartment is very clean and tidy, the photos if they correspond to the place, however it lacks maintenance, doors and interiors, a little neglected and old. There is a bano that keeps it closed for winery and it is not correct, because a single bano is not enough.

The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a great help because we visited Mérida in the hottest season of the year. Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

The place is just like the photos and the photos of the pool and garden don't do it justice, a quiet space to rest and enjoy. There are shops nearby to buy and it is close to the road to Progreso. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gabriela was responsive and gave clear answers to all my questions prior to booking. parking was convenient. The complex was peaceful and conveniently located. The house was extremely clean, cozy , comfortable. Gabriela arranged a smooth entry into the apartment complex and check in was easy. The bedrooms were as described, Overall was a great and convenient stay!

Excellent stay and very comfortable apartment. All amenities included and the area is very safe. Restaurants and bars 5 minutes away and the center just 15 minutes away, very good location. The hosts were always on the lookout for our messages and answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with an incredible balcony view with useful amenities such as the gym and the excellent pool, small details to improve such as enough toilet paper, dish soap, some sugar or coffee dosages would be nice, everything else excellent.

It was one of the nicest air bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Perfect for 2. Ideal quiet location and worth every penny. The check in to get the keys was super easy. The bed was very comfortable, facilities In perfect condition. Whatever you needed was there (pots, pans etc…) jacuzzi super easy to use just follow the instructions Maria leaves. The water fills up cool but as the area is hot it’s just what you need. All around perfect and contacting maria with any questions was no hassle at all and she had fast responses. Would 100% recommend. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect.
