Excellent facilities, the staff and the super friendly host had an incredible family vacation, the complex has everything you need to have a good time and enjoy, it undoubtedly became our favorite place.

Sandra’s hacienda is a very special place. She is extremely responsive and welcoming, opening her home and her long family connection to it. The house has everything you need, with many different places to relax, including the pool, which is a wonderful place to hang out throughout the day. The grounds are beautiful, with paths to explore, all set in a sweet town. It’s all very unique, highly recommend!

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

The independent arrival helps a lot, Manu is super attentive to any questions. The A/C in the rooms is very much appreciated. That super comfortable hammock until you want to buy one. For cooking, utensils help a lot and are well cared for. The backyard is very nice and my dog enjoyed it a lot. That cold water in the refrigerator is much appreciated. I would stay at your house again, thank you for your attentions Manu!

Martha's place is pequeno perfection. The apartment was charming with cute decorative pieces and wonderful skylights that let in lots of natural light. It is stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Martha was gracious enough to ask if there was anything that I needed prior to my arrival, and when I said "water," she brought me 20 liters. The apartment is small in size but large in character. It's a nice place to stay.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

This is my second time staying at Debbie’s beautiful home and this time I stayed for over a month. Casa Dulce is a stunning historic home with modern art, high ceilings, a spectacular arched doorway, gorgeous pool and outdoor area, and entire private separate casita with it’s own bathroom. There is tons of room and you really feel like you are staying in one for Merida’s grand homes with lots of history. The location is perfect—walkable to nearly anywhere you want to be in Merida, including Centro, tons of restaurants, shops, the zoo and parks, grocery stores, and more. Jacky, the house manager, is always available and very helpful, and Debbie, the owner, happened to be staying next door so I had the pleasure of meeting her and visiting with her friends. I am happy to have found such a gem in Merida and will absolutely be back!

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Romantica. We were able to have 3 generations of our family (from across USA) join us here. This home is so beautiful. Imagine 90% of your stay is ‘outside’, the living area, dining room, roof top terrace, and Kitchen are all outside. The only time you are inside is to sleep, and yes you can air condition the 3 bedrooms. You will pay for electric but by air conditioning the bed rooms at night our cost for a week was just over $50. Our day to day host contact was Natalie. She kept in constant contact for any need and also volunteered daily activities going on in Mérida. We found the people of Mérida very polite. We rented a vehicle a large suburban and were always able to find parking close in front of ‘Villa Romantica’ (during peak rental season). We drove to the ruins at Chichen Itza, the beach at Progreso, and the grocery stores. Unless you have a large group (we had 8). Driving in the tight streets of Merida El Centro was a bit stressful.

We booked a couple of hours before arriving in Mérida. We were immediately contacted by the host. The arrival was very easy, the access to the property was immediate, we loved the design, the beds were super comfortable, they surprised us with a welcome kit with drinks and snacks that were left in the refrigerator. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food and also has a dishwasher. Exiting through the dining area you have the pool a few steps away. We have a very quiet time and with the advantage that there is a super and several restaurants a few minutes from the property. We definitely recommend it.

FANTASTIC PLACE!!! Everything about this villa was fabulous. The layout, the pool, the bedrooms, the interior - all fabulous! We pretty much lived either in the kitchen or outside by the pool! Yes it was hot but the ac in The bedrooms was fine. Downstairs bedroom in main building stays cool all day. Great kitchen - room and stuff for everyone. We hated to leave - wonderful stay!!!! Another bonus this time of year. - late April - NO mosquitoes!

Flor is a wonderful hostess. The place is amazing, I felt safe and at home the whole time. It's in a very good area of the center and I walked everywhere. I will definitely stay with Flor again

We had wonderful time at Marcela’s place. The location was in the heart of old town. It was easy to get there with the help of host’s instructions. Marcela kindly replied to all our messages even if it was late in the night. Apartment is clean and cozy. There’s an amazing backyard with a small swimming pool and lots of plants. Happy to spend our first days in Mexico at Marcela’s corazon. Gracias

This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.
