Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

It was my first Airbnb stay and I was not disappointed. The villa is very large and has a great location. Particularly noteworthy is the big Swimmingpool and the beautiful furnishings. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would book the villa again. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

I have stayed in several pool villas in Pattaya and this one is easily the best. They pool is perfect! The villa is spotlessly clean and the decor is very well done and comfortable. Televisions are in every bedroom which I hadn't seen before. The price was excellent value for what is provided. I am looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Felt like a 5 star stay. There were 8 + 1 room. In 8 rooms two were huge and looked/delt better than a 5 star hotel. The other 6 were smaller and not every room has a private bathroom. But we were aware of this while booking too. Pools were smaller but very clean. Location is in the Center of Pattaya and closer to all the tourist attractions. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely comeback.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Arrived on a very early flight and James was able to enable me early access to the Villa which was much appreciated. As my previous visits everything was spotless and as described, James is a great responsive host who is available if needed but leaves you to enjoy your stay if his help is not needed.

location is amazing the only downfall is you cannot check in until 3:00 p.m. and must check out by 12:00 apart from that this home was beautiful the hosts were amazing

The place was as described. The elevator was superb! My grandmother only has to climb a few steps up to the first floor; the rest is conveniently done by the elevator. The view from the windows is breathtaking. I particularly like the living room, which is spacious and connects to the dining area. The whole family can enjoy quality time together, rather than being in their own rooms in a hotel. The kitchen is of a good size and has all the things you need, from a rice cooker, a toaster, to a mortar and pestle, and more! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and gave Rithika's place five stars.
