A beautiful three bedroom house in the heart of Rivington. A wonderful space to relax and escape the stresses of day to day life. Family and pet friendly spend some time recharging in Rivington. Great for Hiking, swimming, running, cycling and much more. A short walk to Tigers Clough where you can then Hike to Rivington Pike to catch sunrise or sunset, or head down to Go Ape to take a swing around the trees. 1750's cottage with open fire and beams
Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.
