Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The caravan we stayed at was lovely. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates which was a nice gesture and the kids were very excited about haha We had forgotten our phone chargers but luckily there was a charger at the caravan. The TV had netflix and there was WiFi available. The hosts local guide was brilliant and we did most things recommended including Williamson park, Lancaster castle, St Patrick's chapel at Heysham Head and Morecambe which we would highly recommend to others staying. We had taken our own t.bags, coffee, sauces etc but these were also left at the caravan so if people forgot things then they were available. Would stay here again :)

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Our group enjoyed a brilliant two night stay at Tall Trees. Everyone expressed what an exceptional weekend it was! The home is beautifully kept, in a lovely private location, with everything available to us at the home, no need to leave the house if you didn’t want to for a couple of days. Use of the hot tub and outdoor heated pool was a perfect touch to our stay. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. Michael and his mother Susan, have both been excellent hosts, very responsive to our needs and questions and very accommodating. There were some minor issues out of their control during the weekend but again Susan was extremely accommodating and more than happy to address this immediately so as to not impact our stay. Overall a wonderful weekend and stay at Tall Trees, we hope we have the opportunity to return again in future.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

Only booked a single night for a gig in Manchester, place was spotless, lovely quality linens and towels etc. Nelo was kind enough to facilitate an early check in for us. Complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch, and although we didn’t use kitchen, it was well stocked with equipment etc for cooking in. Would use again, close to a large Morrisons and taxi cheap to train station 😊

Had a lovely stay, the place was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed! Monique was very good with communication and very accommodating for our stay. Would definitely go back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Dave’s place in Dalton. The location was ideal for us, as it is nearby our friends’ houses. The property was very nicely furnished and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with a few essentials as we arrived. A nice touch! The beds were very comfortable; the linens and towels were soft and like new. The property grounds are beautiful and close to public byways/hiking paths. We look forward to coming back and experiencing walks in the warmer months. Dave was very responsive. We had a bad storm and the power went out just before midnight. Dave answered our call and came to check on us straightaway. It seemed to be a freak event and the power was restored really quickly. Dave then called us a few days later to check if we needed anything else during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nathalie was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The space was fantastic and the surrounding area is both visually stunning and peaceful.

Mark's house is a lovely clean and well laid out home. Everything you need is there and it feels like a home from home and Mark is really helpful if you have any questions. Definitely worth a stay and we will hopefully be back when next in the area.

Our stay at Katie's was fabulous! The home was adorable and perfectly located, with large windows that filled the space with bright light and charming furnishings. The garden was lovely, and the location was ideal for walks in Whalley, Painter Wood, and the wider Ribble Valley. Katie was an excellent communicator, providing detailed information on local amenities, entertainment, and clear house rules. She was friendly and prompt in her responses. Highly recommended!

The house is definitely home from home vibe! It was brilliant for all age groups and would definitely return. The house is absolutely spotless, even had hoover lines in every room. Adam is a great host and communicates back promptly. I would 100% recommend staying here! The hot tub was a hit for all the family too!

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Zoe’s place was perfect, we had the best weekend! The house is stunning, modern and in a good location. Zoe was very responsive and helpful, would definitely stay here again! Thank you ❤️

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. Absolutely fantastic stay! One of the best properties we've stayed in. Stunning location, had everything we needed inside and out, top spec facilities and Abbi was a great host. No doubt we'll be returning in the future :)

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

Alex & Denise were helpful & responsive hosts. They replied to any queries very quickly & provided lots of information. The house is nicely decorated & had everything we needed for a stay. The beds are very comfortable. The house is in a pedestrianised crescent just off a main road. You don’t hear much of the road noise & it certainly didn’t bother us. Local shops & a brilliant take away within easy reach. Plenty of parking out the front on the road too. All in all a very pleasant stay & would use again when in the area. Thank you Alex & Denise.

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

House was immaculate and if anything above expectations. Had no Wi-Fi but this was well communicated and was even asked if it was a problem before we had the reservation confirmed. It wasn’t an issue for me which is why we booked . Also this isn’t a complaint it’s a compliment for the consideration of Kershay to check first. Would definitely stay again, great host and great house. Also has an amazing chippy across the street, best gravy I’ve had in along time .
