Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

Everything was top notch. The house is real. There was no hair dryer and a ban on music after 11. The host Igor is a very nice person. Our vacation was a success, thanks to him

I didn't stay here. Wish I could, the photos look beautiful und the reviews are great. I booked the weekend as a last-minute booking to help the host. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ukrainian people 🙏 may this war end very soon. #standwithukraine

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

A wonderful vacation! Hospitable hosts, lots of greenery and flowers on the territory, a shady gazebo in which it is pleasant to spend time in the midday heat - these are the main impressions of our vacation. Great place for people who enjoy silence and privacy. Shops nearby, the sea - 15 minutes, sunrise can be found near the house. I didn't want to leave, the impressions are the most pleasant.

Everything matched the picture, cozy, clean, beautiful. The location is great. Recommended.

Very cosy and comfortable house and courtyard, attentive attitude of Igor and Maya.  When we went down with the stomach flu in the first few days, Maya gave medicine, later took my wife and son to the pharmacy, shop, and beach. Special thanks to little Masha for playing with our son Yasha.  Very quiet and nice neighborhood with a 25-minute leisurely step to the beach with a five-year-old child.  Within a ten-minute walk is a supermarket, next to it, on the street, you can buy vegetables and fruits.  Without any doubt and reservations, I recommend this place.  Igor, Maya, Masha, thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to meet again.

Great stay. The house fully corresponds to the description and has everything necessary for a living. Anna, a very polite host with whom we quickly discussed all the details. The only thing is that there are only two bedrooms on the second floor with 5 beds for 7 people.

Clean house, friendly hostess. There is everything for living, I recommend it!

Marina's house is modern and cozy and has everything one could need have a pleasant rest by the sea. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are excellent supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is much more relaxed and family oriented then Arkadia and other more central beaches.

Great house, everything is there for a comfortable stay. It looks even better in person than in the photos. There is a picturesque descent to the beach not far from the house. The house is spacious, clean, well-maintained. There are several terraces, it's nice to spend time on them. The yard is also well-maintained, with beautiful flower beds. We had a great week and would love to come back.

Everything went great, we were a group of 6 people, everyone liked everything, the house exceeded our expectations. Irina was very sociable and welcoming, the house has everything you need for a stay and rest, we really didn't want to leave. I hope to get there again, I recommend. Very hospitable hosts
