Brand-new, cozy Scandinavian-style apartment with all amenities and a beautiful and safe city view. 250 meters to Chaika Beach and the Zdorovye highway. A 10-minute drive to the city center. Ideal location for a vacation: there is a small park near the house on the way to the beach, as well as several restaurants and supermarkets, and spa complexes. A comfortable modern two-story cottage, Sokil cooperative, right by the sea, 50 meters to the beach - 1 minute on foot, a gentle slope, convenient for small children and the elderly. 4 bedrooms + living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The house has its own fenced area (2 acres of land). Space for 2 cars. Barbecue area, terrace with a large table, a small chill-out area. Everything is surrounded by greenery. There is a store nearby with everything you need, as well as a fish shop. And everything else and even more is available in Chornomorsk.

The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin stairs. Two of them are to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade - a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is 30 minutes' walk through the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apart-hotel, which has been managed by our family for 10 years. Please note: the third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.
