Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chouzé-sur-Loire

The accommodation is very well placed to visit the castle of Ussé and close to the Abbey of Fontevraud and Chinon. A small supermarket is nearby. Parking too. We enjoyed everything and we'll be back with pleasure.

Spacious cottage equipped with all the comforts. The beautiful garden completes it all. Communication with Petra went smoothly. Petra and her husband are very kind. We'd love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Comfortable and well-equipped

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We had a great time with the family in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The house is very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is beautiful and the setting is absolutely enchanting. The area is full of treasures to discover. A big thank you to Carole for her warm welcome and availability. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house is very nice, well located, and quiet! The terrace is beautiful. Having two bathrooms is also great Alexandra and Ronan are welcoming and very responsive, little Lily is adorable. Special mention for Topaze who treated us to cuddles😁 Thanks again for the great stay

Very nice quiet house with a beautiful private garden space close to the cellars and the vineyards of Bourgueil Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bedding, dogs accepted, so it's a plus for us. Too bad we can't park the car inside the park. Sophie is very responsive and attentive. For a visit to discover the castles and the vineyards, the site is really ideal. We recommend it to amateurs looking for calm and countryside.

Lovely accommodation and location . Thank you Ann for an impromptu wine tasting and tour. We loved chatting and laughing with you and drinking your wine. The view from the balcony is breathtaking . First time to the Loire valley and the amazing chateaux’s . Recommend the l’etape gourmande for a meal villandry .

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. A clean and well-equipped place. Nearby there is Saumur and the zoo to visit. the area is very friendly. And thank you again to the responsive hosts whose access details are clear

Peaceful stay near Saumur, impeccable and carefully renovated and decorated accommodations. Many tours within 15 minutes or less. We were charmed and will probably come back to the area. Thanks!

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of Chinon. It was great to meet Tom and his wife and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the local area.

Sarah’s apartment was the perfect quick little stopover whilst we’re on our roadtrip. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, uber well equipped and in a gorgeous walkable location. The apartment was very clean and the bed was also comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great too. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large suitcase as the building is very old and has narrow doors and stairs (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). Sarah was also a very friendly host; offering recommendations of restaurants and boulangeries that were great. All in all, a great value stop in a gorgeous little town, I couldn’t recommend it more! Impeccable accommodation in the heart of the village, very clean, sober, well decorated and spacious. Discreet host but with good advice.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

We had a lovely stay at Ellis's. The place is ideal for a quiet rest. Ellis is available if you need anything. We were with a 17-month-old baby who was able to play outside safely and discover lots of new things. We also enjoyed the BBQ outside, which was very nice. What a positive thing about this place.

Thanks for the very nice stay. We stayed two nights that we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, were also the play facilities for our three year old daughter in the big garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We can only highly recommend this. What a great city.
